The game returns to Vice City while expanding the setting to the wider state of Leonida. Official descriptions refer to both the city and surrounding areas, so the trailer’s locations should be understood as parts of a broader state-wide setting rather than a city-only map.

The song featured in the official launch trailer is “Flower in a Hurricane” by electronic duo Justice. Rockstar also identifies Justice as composers of the original score for Grand Theft Auto VI, giving the duo a role beyond a single licensed trailer track.

Is the GTA 6 trailer really captured on PS5?
Yes. PlayStation describes the extended look as “Captured entirely from in-game footage on the PlayStation 5,” and Rockstar uses the same in-game PS5 framing in its trailer materials. The claim means the scenes are presented as footage captured from the game running on PS5, not as a separate pre-rendered cinematic.

It does not, by itself, confirm a final resolution, frame-rate target, graphics mode or performance level. Those specifications have not been established by the launch-trailer announcement, so the footage should not be treated as a promise of a particular technical setting.
