The Motorola Edge 70 is the thinner, lighter option, with a newer listed processor, more memory and storage on Motorola’s UK page, and three 50MP camera lenses. A reliable price difference cannot be given without a country, date, and comparable listings: the available official pages cover different markets and do not establish current prices for both phones.
Motorola Edge 60 Stylus vs Edge 70: key specifications
The figures below come from Motorola pages for different regional configurations: the Edge 60 Stylus figures are from Motorola India, while the Edge 70 figures are from Motorola UK. They are manufacturer specifications, not results from matched independent tests. Check the exact model sold in your country before comparing.

Which phone is better for your needs?
Choose the Edge 60 Stylus for handwriting and expandable storage
The Edge 60 Stylus has a built-in stylus workflow for handwriting in text boxes and editing text with gestures, as described in Motorola’s stylus guide. That makes it the clearer fit if you regularly jot notes, mark up content, or want pen input without carrying a separate accessory. Its India specification also lists microSD expansion up to 1TB, useful if you prefer removable storage over relying only on internal capacity.

On the cited regional specifications, the Edge 70 is 5.99mm thick and weighs 159g, compared with 8.29mm and 191g for the India Edge 60 Stylus. That is a substantial listed difference if pocketability and a lighter handset are priorities. Motorola’s Colombia page gives different comparison figures for the Edge 60—7.9mm and 179g—so the India dimensions should not be treated as universal across markets.

Do not choose on processor or camera claims alone
Motorola lists the Edge 70 with Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 and the India Edge 60 Stylus with Snapdragon 7s Gen 2, but the cited sources provide no matched performance tests. The Edge 70 page describes three 50MP lenses, while the cited Edge 60 material does not establish a complete camera specification for a like-for-like comparison. The available information therefore does not prove which phone is faster in real use or takes better photos.
Battery and charging differences
Motorola lists a 5,000mAh battery for the India Edge 60 Stylus and 4,800mAh for the UK Edge 70. Capacity alone does not establish which lasts longer: real battery life depends on factors such as screen use, network conditions, software, and regional configuration, and no comparative endurance test is available here.
Both phones have a listed 68W wired-charging capability in the cited pages. The Edge 60 Stylus India specification also lists 15W wireless charging support; Motorola’s UK Edge 70 pages say it supports wireless charging but do not give a wattage in the cited information. Motorola says the Edge 70’s 68W TurboPower charger is sold separately, so check the box contents for your local model before budgeting for an accessory.

Price difference: why there is no reliable figure here
The official pages used for this comparison do not provide directly comparable current prices for both phones. The Edge 60 Stylus specification is for India, while the Edge 70 sources are for the UK, and prices vary by country, seller, date, and configuration. A launch price or a price from one market cannot safely be presented as the current difference elsewhere.
For a useful local comparison, check both phones on the same date from comparable sellers, and match storage and RAM as closely as possible. Include any discount and the cost of a charger if one is not supplied. Confirm warranty coverage and the exact regional model as well as the headline price.

Regional specifications and durability caveats
Motorola warns that specifications can vary by market. In particular, the Edge 60 Stylus dimensions differ between the cited India and Colombia pages, and memory, bands, charging details, warranty, and included accessories can also depend on the local version. Verify the model number and country-specific listing rather than assuming the figures in one market apply everywhere.
IP68, IP69, and MIL-STD-810H are ratings or protection claims, not guarantees that a phone cannot be damaged. They do not make a device damage-proof; follow Motorola’s local warranty terms and care guidance.
Verdict
Pick the Edge 60 Stylus if its built-in pen functions or microSD expansion solve a problem for you. Pick the Edge 70 if a noticeably slimmer, lighter body is more valuable, or if the UK-listed memory, storage, and newer processor are available in your market. The battery figures do not settle endurance, and the available camera information does not support a winner. Since no comparable current prices are established, make the final call using local prices for the exact configurations you can buy.
