The Moto G67 Power is the stronger paper choice for battery capacity and ingress protection; the Moto G85 has the higher-refresh pOLED display and is substantially lighter. A current, like-for-like price difference is not established, so compare matching storage versions and sellers in India before choosing on price.

Which phone has the better display and handling?
The G85 has the more premium listed display specification: pOLED at 144 Hz, compared with the G67 Power’s 120 Hz LCD. If panel type and refresh rate are priorities, the G85 has the paper advantage. The G67 Power’s page also lists Gorilla Glass 7i.
What’s actually slowing this PC down?
Pick the symptom - the matching free tool is one click away.
The G85 is listed at around 172 g, while the G67 Power is 210 g—a 38 g difference on those manufacturer figures. That makes the G85 the more appealing specification for someone prioritizing a lighter handset. The figures are not independent hands-on measurements.

Does the G67 Power last longer on a charge?
It has a larger rated battery: 7,000 mAh versus 5,000 mAh in the G85. That is a capacity advantage, not proof of a particular real-world runtime. The available sources do not provide a controlled, directly comparable battery test for the two phones.
Motorola’s G67 Power launch video promotes “up to 58 hours” of battery life, but its testing method is not established in the source reviewed. Treat that as a manufacturer promotional claim, not a guaranteed or independently verified result. The listed charging capabilities are 30 W for the G67 Power and 33 W TurboPower for the G85.
Is one faster for apps or games?
The G85 lists a Snapdragon 6s Gen 3 built on a 6 nm process; the G67 Power lists a Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 built on a 4 nm process. Those names and process figures alone do not establish which phone performs better in everyday use, games, sustained workloads, or heat management. No comparable benchmark or controlled performance test is available here, so a performance winner cannot be named responsibly.

Which phone has the better cameras?
The official G67 Power page lists a 50 MP Sony LYTIA 600 main camera, an 8 MP ultrawide camera, and a 32 MP front camera. It lists UHD 30 fps video for the main rear camera and UHD/FHD 30 fps for the rear 8 MP camera. The inspected G85 support page does not provide camera specifications, and comparable photo or video tests are not available. The listed information is therefore insufficient to say which phone takes better pictures.
What do the protection ratings mean?
Motorola lists IP64 for the G67 Power and IP52 for the G85, so the G67 Power has the higher stated ingress-protection rating. These are ratings, not a basis for calling either phone waterproof. Check the exact regional model’s documentation and care guidance rather than assuming either device can be submerged or used without regard to moisture.
Independent reader supportYour contribution helps us test, update, and keep practical guides available for everyone. What software and update support is listed?
The inspected specification pages list Android 14 for the G85 and Android 15 for the G67 Power. A separate Motorola support page titled “moto g67 / g67 power” lists one OS upgrade and three years of security maintenance releases. Because that page’s model context is broader than the G67 Power alone, confirm the exact regional variant and current policy before relying on the stated support period or calculating how many updates remain. What is the price difference in India?
A reliable current price difference cannot be calculated from the available listings. Motorola India’s family page search result displayed the G85 at ₹15,999 against an MRP of ₹20,999 and showed 8/128 GB and 12/256 GB configurations. This is a listing snippet, not a matched current price for both phones; recheck the Moto G family page before treating it as current.

Quick Recap
Which one should you buy?
- Choose the G85 if the listed pOLED panel, 144 Hz refresh rate, and lighter 172 g body matter more to you.
- Consider the G67 Power if you prioritize its larger 7,000 mAh rated battery or its higher listed IP64 rating, and are comfortable with a 210 g phone and an LCD panel.
- Compare further before deciding if your choice depends on gaming performance, camera quality, actual battery life, or price: the available evidence does not provide matched tests or current like-for-like pricing for those questions.
