Open the entrance from Nochtean Gate Beacon
- Start at the Nochtean Gate Beacon and head north through the castle approach.
- Drop down one level to find the switch that opens the metal gate.
- Go through the opened gate and continue to the dungeon entrance.

Cross the invisible floor without losing the route
The main chamber has a broken bridge over a flooded pit, but the crossing continues along an invisible solid floor. Approach the broken edge carefully and look for its faint, wispy outline. Follow the outline instead of walking straight across the apparent gap; floating bodies help mark where the path turns. Lit torches indicate the doorway on the far side. Handle the lightning ghosts on the narrow walkway
The detailed walkthrough describes floating ghosts that use lightning attacks and says those attacks cannot be blocked. You can try to avoid their attacks while crossing, or prepare for lightning damage before entering.

If you fall, use the elevator to return
A fall drops you into the flooded lower area, where enemies are present. Guides describe a lever-operated elevator that brings you back up to the bridge, so a fall does not require restarting the dungeon. Look for the elevator and its lever in the lower area. Take the Revered Gland and leave
At the far side, enter the room containing the Revered Gland and collect it. AllThingsHow’s walkthrough reports that picking up the Gland opens a portal back to the entrance. It also reports that you can spend the Gland at a Beacon to increase Mether’s Pulse capacity. These reward mechanics are reported by a secondary guide rather than official documentation in the available sources.
Optional paths and loot
If your goal is only the Revered Gland, you can skip the optional exploration described by the walkthroughs. One guide reports a second invisible path near the entrance leading to a trap-filled side hallway, and a Ventrium totem in the pit near a shack. Explore those areas only if you want the additional detour and its loot; they are not needed for the main crossing and reward.
