Confessor’s Keepsake is earned by defeating Tishina’s Confessor in Prisoner’s Domain, in Fainweald, shortly before the Executioner’s Pulpit beacon. Route guides lead through Prisoner’s Way and Slumwater Drain, then by lift to the arena. The reward is an Ability Tarstone that guide sources say charges a compatible Sidearm for one powerful shot at a cost of 60 Resolve.
Where to find Tishina’s Confessor
Look for the miniboss in Prisoner’s Domain, on the approach to Executioner’s Pulpit. The route guides describe entering through the northwest gate, crossing Prisoner’s Way and continuing through Slumwater Drain. After the drain, take the lift to reach the arena. The Slumwater Drain beacon is a useful checkpoint and route marker before the lift.

One guide describes an optional shortcut near a giant statue: take the path on the right and break the marked wall with a normal attack. If you miss the shortcut, the main route through the drain still leads onward to the lift.

The fight is a separate miniboss encounter on the way toward The Nameless Captive; it is not a phase of that later boss.

How to handle the fight
Read the scythe attacks before parrying
NerdsChalk’s 2026 guide describes the Confessor as a scythe-wielding miniboss and recommends learning its attack rhythm before relying on parries. If you are not confident about the timing, keep your distance and attack more cautiously instead of forcing parries.
Save the charged shot for an opening
The same guide points to a knockdown as an opportunity to fire the Sidearm before the Confessor recovers. Given the reported Resolve cost, that is a more deliberate use than spending the shot as a casual poke.
What Confessor’s Keepsake does
The guides identify Confessor’s Keepsake as an Ability Tarstone. They report that activating it spends 60 Resolve to charge the Sidearm for one heavy shot. NerdsChalk Staff reports that upgrading the item raises its damage multiplier to 350% at level 4; AllThings.How also reports a 350% ceiling at full upgrade in its August 31, 2026 guide. Treat these as guide-reported mechanics rather than official confirmation.

Use the charged shot when you have a clear punish window—such as after a knockdown—so the Resolve cost is spent on a likely hit.
