Check that your Sweep Coins are eligible
Moonspin’s FAQ says Sweep Coins must be used at least once before redemption. It says playthrough contribution is limited to slot games, while reserving the right to exclude particular games or categories. The Sweepstakes Rules also say coins allocated through listed methods are not immediately redeemable and that Moonspin may require one to 20 uses before they qualify. Check the eligible balance displayed in your account rather than assuming every Sweep Coin can be redeemed. See the Moonspin FAQ and Sweepstakes Rules.
Minimums and redemption limits
The published Sweepstakes Rules state a monthly minimum redemption of 100 eligible Sweep Coins. Moonspin’s public FAQ does not state a minimum, so verify the amount shown on the live Redeem page and consult the current rules before submitting.
