That makes it a better fit if your priority is arranging the launcher around your own layout preferences, especially if you want those advanced wallpaper or icon options.

Projectivy’s official site reports more than 1 million users. That is a vendor-reported figure, not an independently audited count, and it does not establish how the app will behave on your device.
Check compatibility and Home-button behavior on your device
Monet’s Play listing identifies Android TV 8.0+ and Google TV as supported, while Klevico’s official repository specifies Android 8.0/API 26 or newer. The repository also provides an APK and optional sideload instructions for devices the Play Store marks unsupported. Sideloading is an alternative route, not a requirement for most users; only install an APK from the developer’s official repository and follow its device-specific instructions.

Projectivy’s official site names smart TVs, projectors, set-top boxes, and Android TV boxes. Its Play listing includes launcher override, but the available publisher materials do not establish that the Home button behaves identically across manufacturers and firmware versions. Store eligibility and launcher behavior can differ by model, so check the listing and test the Home button on your own TV or streaming device before relying on a replacement launcher.

Understand the permission and privacy disclosures

Monet’s Google Play listing says its optional AccessibilityService helps handle Home-key presses and launcher-window changes, and that the app works without the service. The listing says service data is not stored, uploaded, sold, or shared, and says the service cannot read screen contents. Separately, Google Play’s data-safety disclosure says the app may collect device or other IDs and says no data is shared with third parties. These are developer and store disclosures, not an independent privacy audit.

Projectivy’s Google Play data-safety disclosure says no data is collected or shared. Its privacy policy, however, says anonymous app-usage information and crash reports may be collected through Google Firebase.
