What to do if a game is unavailable or does not work
- The page will not load: Check your connection and refresh. Then try another title; a problem with one game does not establish that the whole portal is unavailable.
- Controls are unclear: Read the game’s instructions before starting. On Poki, phone and tablet control instructions are in the “Controls” section lower on the game page.
- The game is difficult to use on a touchscreen: Choose a different title with phone-friendly controls. Mobile listing alone does not guarantee that every game feels comfortable on every handset.
