What Microsoft Jewel is—and what’s new
Microsoft Jewel is a free match-three puzzle game. Match three or more jewels to clear them and build your score; Bonus Jewels can be collected and placed elsewhere on the board, while Power Jewels and chain reactions add further ways to clear the grid. The game also includes Challenge Mode and daily challenges. The Xbox Store listing describes the PC game as free and gives May 6, 2026 as its release date. That is the PC listing date, not the date the mobile app launched.

Can you earn Xbox Achievements on your phone?
Yes. Sign in to Microsoft Jewel with a Microsoft account to track accomplishments and build your Xbox profile from mobile. The announcement presents this as Xbox profile integration; it does not say an Xbox console is required. The App Store Ireland listing also identifies Xbox Achievements as a feature. Does Microsoft Jewel sync between mobile and PC?
Yes. Xbox Wire says progress syncs among Microsoft Jewel on iOS, Android, and the standalone PC app. Sign in with a Microsoft account to switch between those versions without starting over. The announcement does not describe the sync technology or claim that progress syncs with an Xbox console.
How Game Pass Premium benefits differ by device
The benefits depend on both membership and device. Xbox Wire says Game Pass members receive Premium benefits on PC, including an ad-free experience and additional in-game benefits. It specifically names Game Pass Ultimate for Premium benefits on both PC and mobile; it does not say that every Game Pass tier includes ad-free mobile play.

The Ireland App Store listing names iPhone and iPad support and requires iOS 15.0 or later and iPadOS 15.0 or later. These requirements are specific to that listing, not a complete global compatibility statement. The official material cited here does not state a minimum Android version.
