Marvel’s Wolverine on PS5 offers settings for visual comfort, text and enemy visibility, audio access, controller demands, gameplay assistance, and violence customization. This guide explains what each documented option changes so you can choose the adjustments that fit your needs. Insomniac’s feature list is dated June 2, 2026; its latest listed update reviewed here is 1.002.001, dated October 6, 2026. Menu labels and availability can change with updates.
Where these settings fit
Marvel’s Wolverine is a single-player, narrative-driven game for PS5, not PS4. Its accessibility options cover more than visual filters: they include motion sensitivity, visual and audio assists, subtitles and captions, controller settings, gameplay and motor options, and violence customization. Insomniac documents the options in its accessibility feature list.

The descriptions below explain the documented effects, not a guaranteed personal result. Try the relevant setting and adjust it to your preference. The official feature list does not establish one universal menu path for each option, so this guide names the labels rather than inventing navigation steps.
Which settings can reduce motion or visual effects?
These options address blur, camera movement, screen effects, and the camera’s automatic behavior. They change different things, so one setting may not replace another.

How do subtitles, captions, and direction indicators differ?
Subtitles represent spoken dialogue; captions represent important sound effects and music. Their presentation controls are separate. PlayStation’s accessibility tags also describe full subtitles for spoken dialogue and full captions for sounds and sound effects, but tags should not be read as proof that every tag is a separately named menu toggle.
