The 14 campaign doors are associated with missions. A separate challenge appears in the Nightmare Cabin after completing the story, bringing the total to 15 Nightmare Trials. The mission sequence and names below are cross-checked against Push Square’s location list. The directions for doors 1–13 come from PowerPyx’s guide, dated September 14, 2026. The available details confirm the final door’s mission and trial name, but not its precise position.

Where the extra 15th trial appears
After the campaign, the Nightmare Cabin offers a bonus trial separate from the 14 doors embedded in missions. It is a postgame challenge, not another campaign door to find along a mission route.
How to return for a missed door
Missing a door during the story does not make it permanently missable. PowerPyx describes chapter select as a post-story cleanup option, and the Nightmare Cabin supports mission replay. PlayStation also says Mission Replay can be used to acquire level-specific trophies and collectibles. Check the collectible tracker in the pause menu or Nightmare Cabin to see your progress.

Do you need to earn top ranks in every trial?
For trophy cleanup, PowerPyx’s trophy guide says one Adamantium rank is enough for the Platinum requirement and that at least Bronze in the other trials suffices. Treat this as that guide’s trophy advice, rather than a general rule about how the game awards AP or trial rewards.
