What if Toggle Cowl does not appear?

Check the selected outfit. PlayStation says players can toggle “some of those cowls and hats” on or off, so the option is not established as universal. PlayStation’s feature announcement confirms the limitation.

Consider the scene or mode. The available sources do not establish whether the chosen setting carries through every mission, cutscene, or game mode. If the appearance changes elsewhere, check the in-game prompt and outfit selection rather than assuming the toggle works universally.
