Who is Phoenix Cyclops in MARVEL Tōkon: Fighting Souls?
He is Scott Summers as the Phoenix Five member from Marvel’s Avengers vs. X-Men storyline. Producer Takeshi Yamanaka says that incarnation inspired the game’s version of Cyclops. Ray Chase voices the character. PlayStation’s announcement introduces him as the first additional character joining the game’s Year 1 content.

What does the reveal confirm about his abilities?
PlayStation names Cyclops’s Optic Blasts and hand-to-hand combat abilities, and says he also possesses the Phoenix Force. That establishes the powers highlighted in the reveal, not a complete account of his gameplay.
The announcement does not provide a confirmed move list, combo details, frame data, or specific strategies. Yamanaka says: “We’ll have more to share about how these abilities are incorporated into his gameplay, so please stay tuned for future updates on his fighting style.”
