PC system requirements
The following specifications are the official PC minimum and recommended tiers. They are requirements, not benchmark results or a promise of a specific frame rate on every computer.

The publisher says the game may run below minimum specifications, but warns that performance, graphics quality or other technical limitations may result. Steam advertises battles locked at 60 fps and 4K visuals as PC features; 4K requires a compatible display. Neither feature means that a PC at the minimum tier will deliver 4K or a guaranteed frame rate. See the Steam listing and the official game FAQ for the published requirements and qualifications.

Controller support by platform
PS5: arcade sticks and leverless controllers
PlayStation Support says any PlayStation 5-compatible arcade stick or leverless controller can be used. Button inputs can be customized from the Character Select Screen, the mid-match Pause Menu or the Options Menu. This is a compatibility statement for PS5; it does not establish compatibility for every stick on PC or identify a particular tested model. Details are on the PlayStation support FAQ.

PC: DualSense and Steam’s controller labels
Steam explicitly lists DualSense support and haptic feedback. Its store page also labels the game “Partial Controller Support” and lists Xbox Controllers and PlayStation Controllers. That listing does not establish that every controller, or every feature, works identically across devices. Check the Steam page for its current device and feature information.
PS5 remapping and controller options
The PlayStation Store listing describes basic controller remapping, adjustable stick inversion, and play without vibration or adaptive trigger effects. It also notes alternate preset layouts or some remapping support.

Online accounts, subscriptions and offline play
Online access differs by platform. The official FAQ says PC online modes and features require a PlayStation account and an internet connection; PC offline modes can be played without a PlayStation account. On PS5, online gameplay requires an internet connection and PlayStation Plus, while offline modes do not require PlayStation Plus.
Listed offline content includes Episode Mode, local Versus, Training Mode, All-Star Arena, Battle Guides and Character Guides. Arcadia Rumble is also described as playable offline, with optional online features. Check the official FAQ for the mode and account details.

What to check before installing or choosing a controller
- For PC, compare your processor and graphics card with the minimum tier, and make sure you have 16 GB RAM and 27 GB of available storage.
- If you want to play on PS5 with an arcade stick or leverless controller, confirm that the device is PS5-compatible; PlayStation’s statement does not cover all third-party hardware without that qualification.
- If you plan to play online, account and subscription requirements depend on whether you use PC or PS5.
- Steam lists the PC release date as August 6, 2026. Store specifications and policies can change, so consult the official platform pages for the latest listing.
