The Avengers: Endgame-themed mode is part of the Path to Doomsday event and was scheduled for October 22, 2026; as of October 7, it had not launched.
What is the 50-player Thanos mode?
It is an announced cooperative player-versus-environment (PvE) event within Marvel Rivals, not a separate game. The reported format puts 50 players against Thanos and his army, with the battle set among the ruins of Avengers Compound. Dot Esports reported those details on October 6 and updated its coverage on October 7, 2026.

How does it fit into Marvel Rivals?
The mode is tied to the Path to Doomsday event and draws on Avengers: Endgame. Marvel Rivals is a collaboration between NetEase Games and Marvel Games. NetEase’s original announcement described Marvel Rivals as a team-based PvP shooter, making the announced 50-player PvE battle a notable event format within the game.

What has not been confirmed?
The available announcement and coverage do not establish how the event plays beyond its broad player-versus-environment setup, scale, theme, and location. In particular, they do not specify:
