- Confirm that you are examining the game client rather than only the device or launcher settings.
- Check that the app or launcher is current through its normal update channel.
- Write down platform and service region; the Korean service notice makes region a material variable.
- Ask the regional support team whether language selection is available for that client. Include screenshots instead of quoting an unverified menu path.
Text changes but voices do not
This result would indicate separate behavior, but it does not establish that Mabinogi Mobile officially supports independent voice selection.
