Bluetooth can help you narrow down a nearby pair, but it is not GPS: it cannot reliably show where missing earbuds are when they are out of range, out of power, or not discoverable. realme Link offers device information and settings, but realme’s reviewed instructions do not establish a universal map or sound-alert feature for every Buds model.
Start with the phone that last used your earbuds
realme says earbuds paired with multiple phones automatically connect to the last phone used. Begin with that phone, then check other phones you have paired with the earbuds before. Look in the places you used them most recently, including pockets, bags, desk areas, and the space around where you last took them out.

Turn on Bluetooth and open the phone’s Bluetooth settings while searching nearby. If the earbuds are powered and discoverable, they may appear among available or connected devices. Seeing them listed can suggest they are within Bluetooth range; it does not identify an exact location.
What Bluetooth can—and cannot—tell you
realme Mexico describes Bluetooth as having an approximate range of 10 m and notes that obstacles and interference can weaken the connection (realme Mexico Bluetooth connection guidance, updated June 20, 2025). Treat that as general guidance, not a guaranteed search radius: walls, other devices, the earbuds’ battery state, and whether they are in a discoverable state can all affect detection.

Bluetooth discovery is useful only when the earbuds are close enough and able to communicate. It does not provide a remote GPS position or prove where an offline pair was last used.
If nearby earbuds do not appear in Bluetooth
If you have recovered the earbuds or have reason to think they are close by, try basic connection checks. These steps may help a phone discover or reconnect to nearby earbuds; they will not make a distant or powered-off pair appear.

- Check that Bluetooth is enabled on the phone.
- Toggle Bluetooth off and on, then check the device list again.
- Restart the earbuds if you have them in hand, and use the pairing mode specified for their model.
- Try again somewhere with less wireless interference.
realme’s Bluetooth earphone pairing guidance, updated March 27, 2025, covers pairing and connection troubleshooting. Pairing procedures vary, so use instructions for the exact model rather than assuming one method applies to every realme Buds product.
Check realme Link, but verify features for your model
Open realme Link and check the page for your earbuds. realme’s instructions describe the app as a way to view connected-device information and settings (realme Link instructions, updated May 30, 2025). They do not confirm one sound-alert or map-based finding feature that works across all models and regions.

If your app shows a location or sound control for your exact earbuds, follow the in-app instructions and check that the feature applies to your model. Do not assume a feature is available just because another realme Buds model or a different market has it.
Do not reset earbuds to try to find them
A reset is not a locating method. realme says resetting clears prior pairing history and restores factory settings; the procedure varies by model (realme earphone reset instructions, updated September 26, 2025). If you find the earbuds but cannot reconnect them, first consult the instructions for that exact model before deciding whether to reset.

If they are still missing
Contact realme support for your country and provide the exact model. The official realme user manual index lists many distinct Buds models, so both troubleshooting and replacement compatibility are model-specific.

If you consider buying replacement realme earbuds, confirm your original model using its packaging, purchase records, or the Bluetooth device name saved on a paired phone. Match the replacement to your model and market; buying another pair will not recover the missing one.
