Do these 3 things before closing this tab:
1Clear out junk files and repair common Windows errors2Scan for outdated or missing drivers - takes under a minute3Repair Windows errors before they cause bigger problemsIf a LiveReacting YouTube stream disconnects exactly when the last playlist video finishes, check the Video Playlist layer’s Play in loop option. With looping off, playback stops after the final video; with it on, the first video starts again. If the stream ends partway through a video, investigate stream health, the encoder and your upload connection instead.
First identify where playback stopped
Compare the end time with the playlist: did the stream stop at the exact end of the final clip, or did it stop while a clip was still playing? A stop at the playlist boundary is usually a playback or planned-duration setting. A stop before that boundary calls for a separate stream and connection diagnosis.

- At the end of the final clip: check whether looping is enabled and whether the stream was configured for a finite run.
- Partway through a clip: check YouTube stream health, encoder status and upload capacity.
Keep the playlist running continuously
- Open the LiveReacting project and select the Video Playlist layer.
- Enable Play in loop.
- Check the stream duration in Settings. If you want the stream to remain live until you stop it, use the manual-stop option rather than a finite duration.
- Confirm the playlist and stream settings before starting the stream again.
LiveReacting’s Video Playlists Component guidance explains that with “Play in loop” disabled, the last video stops when it is over; when enabled, playback returns to the first item. If labels differ in your account, verify the current controls in the project interface.
End cleanly after one playlist pass
If the stream is meant to finish after the final video, leave looping off and set Stream Duration to the playlist’s total runtime. Add the durations of all videos, then enter that total in Settings. LiveReacting also documents a setting for stopping the stream manually in its stream settings guide.
#1 Best Overall
- Compatible with Nintendo Switch 2’s new GameChat mode
- Auto-Light Balance: RightLight boosts brightness by up to 50%, reducing shadows so you look your best—compared to previous-generation Logitech webcams (1)

Choose the behavior that matches the intended run: loop for continuous playback, a duration matching the playlist for a one-pass stream, or manual stopping when you want to decide when it ends.
If the stream stops before the playlist ends
- Check YouTube Live Control Room stream health. Look for warnings or errors around the time of the interruption.
- Check the encoder and connection. Confirm the encoder is still running and that the network did not drop.
- Check upload capacity. YouTube says available upload bandwidth should exceed the total streaming bitrate and recommends 20% headroom. Test and monitor the setup; a connectivity disruption can break a live stream. See YouTube’s live encoder settings, bitrates and resolutions guidance.
- Act on encoder startup errors specifically. For certain third-party encoder startup errors, YouTube directs creators to get a new stream key in Live Control Room and update the encoder. If the integration uses account login instead of a stream key, contact the software provider. These steps address encoder errors, not a playlist that has simply reached its end; see YouTube’s encoder troubleshooting guidance.
Plan for a YouTube replay
If you expect YouTube to save a replay of a long looping stream, account for its archive limit: YouTube says streams under 12 hours can be automatically archived, while streams longer than 12 hours may not be captured at all. See YouTube’s archive live streams guidance.
