A failed Livepush payment does not necessarily involve UPI. Livepush’s public payment information lists Visa, Mastercard, and American Express credit and debit cards processed through Stripe, but does not confirm UPI, INR billing, NetBanking, wallets, or acceptance of every India-issued card. First check the payment methods, currency, and error shown in your own checkout; then follow the steps for the method you actually used.
First identify what failed
- Open the Livepush billing page or checkout. Note the amount, displayed currency, available payment methods, and exact error. Do not assume UPI is available because you are paying from India. Livepush’s public pricing information names major cards but does not establish UPI or other India-specific payment options. Livepush pricing
- Check whether money left your account. A card authorization decline and a debited UPI transaction need different follow-up. If no debit occurred, start with the card issuer or Livepush. If UPI debited your bank account, check the UPI transaction status before trying to pay again.
- Keep the error and transaction details. Record the time, amount, currency, payment method, and any visible error. Do not share a card number, security code, UPI PIN, or one-time password with support.
If a card payment was declined
Livepush says it accepts major credit and debit cards through Stripe, naming Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. That public information does not confirm whether a particular India-issued card, currency, or recurring charge will work. The reason for an individual decline cannot be determined from the public payment page alone. Livepush pricing

- Check the checkout details. Confirm the displayed currency and amount, and re-enter the card details and billing address carefully. Use only a payment method actually offered on the checkout screen.
- Ask your card issuer about authorization. Ask whether it can see the attempted charge and whether any controls apply to online or recurring payments. Livepush’s public guidance does not establish a specific decline cause or guarantee that a particular issuer or card will authorize the charge.
- Check the subscription status before another attempt. Confirm whether the subscription or order was created, and look for a confirmation email. Livepush says receipts are emailed after successful payment; invoices can be downloaded from billing settings. Livepush pricing
- Contact Livepush if the issuer cannot resolve it. Use Livepush’s in-app live chat or Help Center for account, checkout, receipt, or invoice questions. Include the transaction time, amount, currency, payment method, and visible error so the team can identify the attempt. Livepush Help Center
If you paid—or were debited—through UPI
UPI is a payment system, not proof that Livepush accepts it. NPCI describes UPI as an instant payment system available 24/7, but an individual transaction can still be pending or fail. Check your Livepush checkout for UPI availability; public Livepush payment information does not confirm that option. NPCI UPI FAQs

- Open the participating bank’s UPI app and check the transaction. Note whether it is marked failed, pending, or successful, and whether your account was debited. Use the app’s grievance or dispute option for a UPI transaction issue.
- If it is pending, do not immediately make a second payment. NPCI says a pending debited transaction may reach the beneficiary within 48 hours after settlement. Confirm the status with your bank or UPI app before retrying, so you do not create a duplicate payment.
- If it failed but your account was debited, check for the refund. NPCI says a failed debit should be refunded, though it can take longer; contact your bank if the refund has not arrived within an hour. These are UPI-side instructions and do not establish that Livepush supports UPI.
- Contact Livepush for a merchant-side question. If your UPI app shows successful payment but Livepush does not show an active subscription or receipt, contact Livepush through its in-app live chat or Help Center with the time, amount, currency, and transaction status. Never provide your UPI PIN or an OTP.
What to know about recurring billing
Livepush’s terms say paid recurring plans require a valid accepted credit card unless an order form says otherwise. They also require notice when the billing address or card changes. The terms describe a three-day notice-and-cure period for payment default or an invalid or canceled payment mechanism before termination under that clause. They do not establish a specific retry schedule, so check your account and any notice from Livepush rather than assuming when another charge will be attempted. Livepush Terms of Service

Could the Free plan cover you temporarily?
Livepush’s Help Center says its Free plan includes 20 streaming hours per month and does not require a credit card. It may be an option if your immediate need fits within that allowance, but check the current plan availability and details before relying on it. Livepush Help Center
