Colorlib’s LiquorStore is a Bootstrap website template for presenting a liquor or drinks retailer online. It provides storefront design and content sections, but it does not include the separate ordering backend needed to manage products and take live orders. It is a fit for a retailer prepared to connect its own commerce system—not a ready-to-run online liquor store.
What does the LiquorStore template include?
Colorlib describes LiquorStore as a responsive, cross-browser Bootstrap template. Its presentation features include a dropdown menu, sticky navigation, testimonials slider, social icons, blog section, Google Maps, and contact form. Colorlib credits Unsplash for the imagery. Colorlib’s roundup also places the template among designs for drinks, wine, and liquor stores, and describes effects such as parallax scrolling and scroll animations. Those visual elements may shape how a site looks and feels; they do not establish that the site can process purchases. Colorlib’s template roundup, dated September 17, 2026, makes the distinction between design and ordering explicit.

Does LiquorStore support online ordering?
Not on its own. Colorlib says the design is done, but the owner still needs to supply an ordering backend. A Bootstrap template provides front-end pages; it is not, by itself, inventory management, payment processing, an order system, or delivery logistics. The exact systems and eligibility checks a retailer needs depend on its business and market.
Before choosing it, decide who will build and maintain the commerce layer and how it will connect to the storefront. Treat the template as the presentation layer, not as proof that alcohol sales are supported or legally compliant in your location.
What do you need to make a liquor store website take orders?
At minimum, plan for a commerce system in addition to the template. The responsibilities below may be handled by one platform or several connected services; the right setup depends on the retailer and the places where it sells.
- Product and inventory management: a way to maintain product details, prices, availability, and stock.
- Cart, checkout, and payment processing: a customer purchase flow connected to a payment provider.
- Eligibility and legal requirements: checks and policies appropriate to the retailer’s jurisdiction and sales model. A template’s marketing description does not demonstrate compliance.
- Fulfillment: a process for pickup, delivery, or shipping, including any location-specific restrictions.
- Ongoing ownership: responsibility for updates, integrations, security, and support across the storefront and backend.
Confirm that the chosen backend can connect to the template and supports the retailer’s actual selling and fulfillment requirements before committing to the design.

The main distinction is platform and how ordering is supplied. LiquorStore is Bootstrap HTML that needs a separately supplied backend. Drinkify is a premium WordPress block theme listed in the WooCommerce marketplace and integrated with WooCommerce. Wix also lists a Liquor Store (Bold) template, but the listing alone does not establish its precise commerce features or costs.

These options are not interchangeable products: a Bootstrap template, a WordPress theme, and a Wix template involve different platforms and customization workflows. Compare the backend you need, the technical skills available to you, current purchase and support terms, and the full cost of the finished setup—not just the appearance of a demo.

Colorlib’s product page presents Single, Membership, and Lifetime purchase categories. It describes one year of support and updates for Single and Membership, and lifetime support and updates for Lifetime. The page also displays a CC BY 3.0 license. Because purchase terms and amounts can change, check the live page to confirm what a purchase currently grants and which terms apply to your use.
The available Colorlib page views show inconsistent release metadata: a search result showed September 2026, while the opened page showed April 2026; the article date on the page is July 18, 2024. The release month is therefore unclear, so do not rely on a specific month as authoritative.

- Consider it if you want a Bootstrap storefront design and already have a developer or plan to provide a separate backend for ordering.
- Compare a commerce-integrated option if you prefer WordPress with WooCommerce tooling, while checking the marketplace listing for current price and terms.
- Assess platform fit first if you are considering Wix; confirm the commerce features and costs relevant to your intended sales model.
