There is no brand-wide winner: choose between specific Lelit and Profitec models based on how you brew, whether you steam milk while pulling shots, how much control you want over extraction, and what fits your counter and local electrical setup. Lelit’s Bianca suits hands-on flow control and flexible water setup; Profitec’s Pro 300 and RIDE offer different dual-boiler workflows, while the MaraX3, Pro 400, and JUMP are heat-exchanger alternatives.
Start with the machine’s workflow, not its logo
Lelit and Profitec each sell machines with different heating systems and controls. A comparison between the brands as a whole hides the most consequential differences. First decide whether you need simultaneous brewing and steaming, whether you want to shape water flow during extraction, and what your kitchen can accommodate.

Dual boiler or heat exchanger?
A dual boiler has separate boilers for coffee and steam. Lelit describes the Bianca as capable of delivering coffee and steam simultaneously. Profitec’s RIDE is also a dual boiler, with both boilers heated simultaneously; its manufacturer lists an optional single-boiler mode. The Pro 300 is a dual-boiler machine too, but Profitec says its steam boiler can be switched off so it can be used as a single boiler.
The Lelit MaraX3, Profitec Pro 400, and Profitec JUMP use heat-exchanger designs. They are a different workflow choice from a dual boiler; do not assume their temperature management or brew-and-steam routine will match one. Lelit lists selectable temperature settings and Xmode coffee/steam for the MaraX3.

How much extraction control do you want?
The Bianca has a manual paddle for adjusting water flow. The MaraX3 has Lelit’s Pagaia control, while the Elizabeth3 combines Pagaia with programmable extraction profiles and a freestyle mode. Profitec’s RIDE can be configured with flow control, according to Clive Coffee’s retailer comparison; that is a configuration-specific option, not a claim about every RIDE listing.
If you mainly want repeatable shots without actively changing flow, a machine’s profiling features may matter less than its basic workflow and fit. If experimenting with flow is part of the appeal, compare the precise controls and included configuration on the exact model and SKU.

Choose the Bianca if manual flow control and flexible water setup matter
The Bianca is the clearest fit among these anchors for someone who wants a dual boiler and a hands-on paddle to vary flow. Lelit also lists a movable tank and provision for direct water supply and discharge, which may be useful if you have a suitable installation. Confirm plumbing and drain requirements with the seller before planning a built-in setup.

Consider the Elizabeth3 for programmable profiles in a dual boiler
The Elizabeth3 is a different Lelit route to extraction control: its Pagaia modes include programmed profiles and freestyle use. Its small listed coffee boiler and separate steam/hot-water boiler are specified at 200 ml and 600 ml respectively. Compare its display and profile workflow with the Bianca’s manual paddle rather than assuming the controls are interchangeable.
Consider the Pro 300 if single-boiler operation is useful
The Pro 300 provides a dual-boiler platform while allowing the steam boiler to be turned off, according to Profitec. That option may suit a buyer who does not always need steam; it is not the same feature set as a machine designed only around a single boiler.

- PID Temperature Control - View and adjust your steam boiler temperature quickly with the front-mounted PID screen.
- Shot Timer - When brewing, the PID screen doubles as a shot timer to monitor your espresso progress.
- Low Power Eco Mode - A new low-power eco-mode lowers your boiler temperature to save energy costs while still offering faster recovery to brew temps.
- Programmable Preinfusion - Program up to 10 seconds of passive preinfusion for better shot consistency.
- Stainless Steel - A stainless steel case, frame, and boiler offers years of service for your kitchen.
Consider the RIDE for a configurable dual-boiler workflow
The RIDE has two PID-adjustable boilers and a fast heat-up mode. Clive Coffee characterizes a RIDE configured with flow control as a value-oriented alternative to the Bianca, but this is retailer editorial judgment, not an independent controlled comparison or a universal price finding.

Compare heat exchangers on their own terms
The MaraX3, Pro 400, and JUMP are candidates if you are considering a heat exchanger rather than a dual boiler. The MaraX3 adds Pagaia flow control and listed temperature and coffee/steam modes. Profitec describes selectable preset temperatures, preinfusion, and ECO options for the Pro 400 and JUMP. Check the exact model’s operating instructions and seller configuration to determine whether its workflow suits your routine.

Check your kitchen and electrical setup
- Counter and water: Compare the machine’s dimensions and tank access with your counter. The Bianca’s tank is listed as movable; the RIDE and Pro 300 each list a 2.8-liter tank. Only the Bianca specifications cited here list direct water supply and discharge.
- Voltage, frequency, and plug: Verify the exact local SKU and plug before buying. Lelit’s pages show regional electrical variants for its machines; a listing for another region is not evidence that it will work with your outlet.
- Milk-drink pace: If you regularly make milk drinks, consider the simultaneous coffee-and-steam capability documented for the Bianca and RIDE, and compare it with the workflow of the other models you are considering.
- Installation: Ask the seller what fittings, water conditions, or drainage provisions are required for the exact configuration, particularly if you intend to plumb in a machine.
Budget for the whole espresso setup
An espresso machine does not replace a suitable grinder or the work of dialing in coffee. Clive Coffee’s comparison emphasizes grinder choice, dose, and brew ratio as part of getting a setup working well. If you do not already own an espresso-capable grinder, include one in the system decision; buy a milk pitcher only if you make milk drinks. Water treatment depends on local water and machine compatibility, so the cited material does not support one universal filter recommendation.
Verify seller terms and local support
Warranty, stock, price, service, and parts availability depend on the seller, country, and date. The available manufacturer specifications do not establish that either brand is more reliable, lasts longer, is easier to repair globally, or costs less to own. Before purchase, ask who handles warranty claims in your country, where authorized service is available, and whether parts support applies to the exact machine and seller.
