For most left-handed players who want a flexible all-purpose mouse, consider the Corsair M75 Wireless. Its symmetrical shape and button layout can be configured for left-handed use. If you play MMOs and want a purpose-built left-handed shell with many thumb commands, the Razer Naga Left-Handed Edition is the more specialized option. The right choice depends on whether the shape fits your hand and grip, whether you can reach the buttons comfortably, and how many controls your games demand.
Left-handed ergonomic or ambidextrous: what is the difference?
A dedicated left-handed mouse has a contoured shape designed for the left hand. An ambidextrous mouse has a symmetrical shape intended to work in either hand. Logitech’s guidance on mouse shapes makes this distinction, while also emphasizing that grip style affects which shape feels comfortable.

Symmetry alone does not guarantee a good left-handed setup. Check that the mouse has usable side buttons on the side your left thumb can reach, and that buttons on the far side can be moved, disabled, or avoided if you tend to press them accidentally.

| Corsair M75 Wireless | General-purpose gaming and players who want wireless flexibility | Symmetrical button placement, side-button choices for both sides, and an iCUE left-handed mode that disables buttons on the opposite side, according to Corsair | GamesRadar describes a larger shape suited to palm and claw grips, not fingertip grip; its reviewer also found the side buttons short and potentially harder to locate at first |
| Razer Naga Left-Handed Edition | MMO players who want many commands under the thumb | Dedicated left-handed ergonomic shape with a 12-button thumb grid; Razer lists 19+1 programmable buttons | Its control-heavy layout is specialized. Best general-purpose fit: Corsair M75 Wireless
The M75 Wireless is the most flexible starting point here if you want one mouse for a variety of games rather than a dedicated bank of MMO commands. Corsair describes the M75 family as symmetrical, with symmetrical button placement; the Wireless model includes side-button options for both sides. Its iCUE left-handed mode disables the buttons on the opposite flank, which can help prevent unwanted presses.

- 8200dpi 4G Laser Sensor. No Razer gaming mouse is complete without a cutting-edge mouse sensor to deliver precision and ultra-responsiveness to your game.
- The Razer Naga is outfitted with a 32 bit ARM processor which means there's a little computer onboard that is computing everything at an incredibly fast rate.
GamesRadar’s guide describes the M75 Wireless with 2.4 GHz, Bluetooth, and wired connectivity, a 26,000 DPI sensor rating, and an 89 g weight. Those are guide-reported specifications, not independent performance measurements, and may vary by revision or market. The same guide’s reviewer says its larger form suits palm and claw grips but not fingertip use; the side buttons may also take time to find by feel.
Best for MMO commands: Razer Naga Left-Handed Edition
Razer positions this as a dedicated left-handed ergonomic MMO mouse. Its official product specifications list a 12-button thumb grid, 19+1 programmable buttons, a Focus+ optical sensor rated at 20,000 DPI, and support for up to five onboard profiles. These are manufacturer specifications, not independent test results. The defining reason to choose it is the thumb-grid layout, not a general-purpose performance advantage established by comparative testing.

Older alternatives: check their current status
PC Gamer’s left-handed gaming mouse guide, last updated June 10, 2025, also lists the Logitech G Pro Wireless and Corsair M55 RGB Pro. It describes the former as symmetrical and wireless, with removable buttons that can be moved between sides, and the latter as a budget wired, fully ambidextrous option while noting that it is an old model. Those descriptions are a dated guide’s assessment, not confirmation of current prices, stock, or best value.

Match the shape to your grip
- Palm grip: Your palm rests on the shell. A larger mouse may suit this style, but check its dimensions and shape against your hand.
- Claw grip: Your palm is partly supported while your fingers arch. GamesRadar describes the M75 Wireless as a possible fit for this grip.
- Fingertip grip: You steer mainly with your fingers, with little or no palm contact. The same M75 evaluation does not recommend its larger shape for fingertip users.
Logitech’s shape-and-grip guidance explains these grip categories; use them as a starting point, not a guarantee of comfort. If possible, try the mouse or compare its shape with one you already use comfortably.

Choose button access for the games you play
For games that need only a few extra commands, a symmetrical mouse with reachable side buttons may be simpler than a dedicated thumb grid. For an MMO, the Naga’s 12-button grid may be useful if you want many commands available under your thumb. In either case, confirm that the controls are positioned for your left hand and that you can disable or remove buttons you do not want to use.
Decide whether wireless matters
The M75 Wireless is described by GamesRadar as supporting 2.4 GHz, Bluetooth, and wired connections. The cited PC Gamer guide describes the G Pro Wireless as wireless and the M55 RGB Pro as wired. For any older model, check its current listing and stock before treating it as a practical option.

What to verify before buying
- Left-handed configuration: Confirm the side buttons you need are on the left-thumb side, and check how the mouse handles buttons on the opposite flank.
- Grip and size: Compare the shell’s shape with your hand and grip; “ambidextrous” does not mean every size or grip will feel right.
- Game-specific controls: Decide whether you need a few side buttons or a dedicated multi-button thumb grid.
- Current availability: Retailer price and regional stock were not verified for these recommendations. The older-model assessments above come from a PC Gamer guide last updated June 10, 2025.
Corsair’s article on the M75 says, “Historically, gaming mice have been designed for right-handed people.” That is Corsair’s characterization; the available sources do not establish a reliable statistic for the share of left-handed gamers or the size of the market for left-handed gaming mice.
