The Kambrook KFP400 is a discontinued 550 W food processor documented with a 1.5 L bowl, a processing blade, and a reversible slicing-and-shredding disc. Its manual describes a useful set of basic kitchen tasks, but the publicly visible CHOICE listing does not show its test results. That means its specifications and intended functions can be assessed; an independent performance verdict cannot be established from the available public evidence.
What the KFP400 includes
Kambrook’s instruction booklet covers the KFP400 and KFP410. It documents a 1.5 L processor bowl, a processing blade, a reversible stainless-steel disc for slicing or shredding, and a food pusher with a removable 150 ml measuring cup. The controls are OFF, ON, and PULSE. CHOICE lists the bowl as medium and records the unit at 2.3 kg and 38 × 19 × 24 cm. These are model specifications, not measures of how quickly or evenly it processes food. CHOICE’s KFP400 listing identifies it as discontinued.

What it is designed to do
The instruction booklet describes the processing blade for chopping, mixing, and processing, and its blade guide and recipes also cover dough preparation. The reversible disc is for slicing and shredding. Appliances Online’s description likewise identifies a 550 W motor, stainless-steel blades, the reversible disc, the marked pusher cup, and ON and PULSE operation; it says the appliance is not intended or designed for commercial use. These descriptions establish intended uses, not independently verified results for pastry, dough, or other foods. Appliances Online’s product page provides the retailer’s description.

What public testing can—and cannot—tell you
CHOICE’s test listing names categories including performance, ease of use, slicing, crumbing, shredding, pastry, emulsifying, blender performance, and noise. However, its Expert Rating and test results are member-only on the public page. No specific score or comparative performance claim can therefore be supported from that listing alone.

Appliances Online displays six customer ratings, all five stars, and dated comments from 2021. That is a small snapshot on a retailer page, not a representative sample or an independent product test. The retailer says reviews are managed by Bazaarvoice and that vouchers are sometimes offered to verified buyers. Those ratings should not be treated as proof of reliability or processing performance.

- Handle the processing blade and reversible disc carefully; both are sharp.
- Switch the appliance off at the outlet and unplug it before disassembling parts.
- After excessively long continuous operation, let the processor rest for 25–30 minutes before using it again.
The booklet says the lid, bowl, reversible disc, pusher, and blades can be washed in warm soapy water and may be washed in a dishwasher. Do not soak the blade or disc for an extended period, and store the processing blade with its protective cover. Check the booklet’s instructions for the particular part before cleaning.

For an owner who already has a KFP400, the documented configuration offers a compact, basic combination of chopping and mixing with slicing and shredding. Whether it meets a particular need depends on the actual condition of the unit and the tasks involved; the public sources do not establish its real-world performance or durability.

For a prospective buyer, the discontinued status matters more than the historical listing price. CHOICE records a one-year warranty and a displayed price of $110, but those are listing details, not a current offer or confirmation of warranty coverage for a used appliance. Current stock, price, replacement-part compatibility, and a current manufacturer support route have not been established. Confirm the exact KFP400 model, included parts, operating condition, and return terms before paying; do not assume a different Kambrook model is an equivalent replacement.
A KFP400/KFP410 instruction booklet is indexed by ManualsLib, and Appliances Online links a specifications sheet. Those references show that model-specific documentation exists, but do not establish that Kambrook currently offers an official download or replacement parts. Overall, the KFP400 is documented as a straightforward 550 W, 1.5 L processor, but its independent test verdict is not visible publicly and its present-day ownership support is uncertain.
