Joovy lists a one-hand reclining seat, adjustable footrest and handlebar, UPF 50+ canopy, rear-wheel suspension, never-flat rubber tires, snack tray, organizer and storage basket. The published folded dimensions give a useful sense of the space it takes up, but check the measurements against your vehicle’s cargo area or storage spot before buying.
How it performs in published testing
Consumer Reports describes its stroller evaluations as covering ease of use, maneuverability and safety. Its Joovy Qool page reports qualitative results of “Very Good” for ease of use and maneuverability and “Excellent” for safety. The complete scores are membership-gated, so those labels are the extent of the publicly available results cited here; they are Consumer Reports’ assessment, not a test conducted for this review.

Seats, car-seat compatibility and accessories
Infant car-seat adapter
Joovy sells a Qool car-seat adapter separately and says compatibility varies by stroller model and car-seat brand. The adapter page lists multiple variants, so do not assume that any Qool adapter works with any infant seat. Before buying or using one, check Joovy’s current compatibility chart and the instructions for the exact adapter and car-seat models. Joovy’s 6-month minimum age guidance and note about earlier use with adapters do not make the stroller seat a substitute for an infant car seat.
Bench seat
Joovy also sells a Qool bench seat separately. Its page gives a minimum age of 3 years and a maximum weight of 55 lb for that accessory. Confirm that the bench seat fits the Qool generation you own and follow its instructions; the general 55 lb per-seat limit does not override the accessory’s age guidance.

Joovy’s product page also displays individual customer comments that praise glide, storage and seating arrangements, alongside complaints about fit or difficulty obtaining expansion accessories. Its page also listed a 90-day limited warranty and a 30-day return window for unused items in original packaging; the customer pays return shipping.
