Wrestling Inc. reported on October 6, 2026, that Fatu was run over backstage in a Raw angle involving Jaida Parker and the 946, then missed the following Raw. The report attributed a possible filming explanation to Dave Meltzer on Wrestling Observer Radio—not to WWE. Meltzer said, “So the Jacob thing, I believe Jacob and Joe Hendry and Drew McIntyre are doing some WWE show … so that explains that angle with Jacob.” This is a reported explanation, not official confirmation of why Fatu was absent or how long he will be away. The report does not establish that he has left WWE or provide a return date.

2. Return during a faction match
Fatu could appear during a match between the 946 and Bloodline members, changing the result or setting up a larger group contest. Wrestling Inc.’s report describes an ongoing feud between the groups and says Fatu was absent from a planned faction match. That creates a possible opening for a later appearance; it does not establish that he will join a future match.

Fatu could return as backup for The Usos and Solo Sikoa, then either align with his family or complicate their plans. WWE’s profile establishes the family connections, but not a current alliance. A version built around tension rather than immediate unity would let the return serve both the family story and the wider faction conflict.

4. Make Jaida Parker the personal target
Instead of confronting the 946 as a group, Fatu could return to confront Parker over the car-incident angle. That would make the dispute personal and could widen the story beyond faction-versus-faction conflict. Fatu could return with a singles challenge and leave the faction conflict behind. When will Jacob Fatu return?
No return date is established in the cited reporting.
