- 5 Fun Party Games Included:
- YOU DON’T NOW JACK 2015 (1-4 players)
- Fibbage XL (2-8 players)
Platform lists have changed across announcements. A May 6 post also named Nintendo Switch 2, but Switch 2 is absent from the October 1 launch list, so it should not be treated as confirmed without a newer official update. Likewise, a June 25 PlayStation.Blog preview said PS4 and PS5 that fall; the later October launch announcement lists PS5, not PS4. For the announced launch lineup, the October list is the more current reference.

The June PlayStation.Blog preview adds context to some of the concepts. Studio Creative Director Arnie Niekamp said of the greeting-card game, “We were inspired by all the funny cliches around greeting cards,” while Game Director Alina Constantin described MegaPals as drawing on games “where you try to think alike in very few words.” Game Director Tim Sniffen, discussing Hyperface, said, “The reveal is often the highlight.” These comments describe the creative direction; they are not independent evaluations of how the games play.
