The Sealy Posturepedic Elevate Marbella is listed by Australian consumer group CHOICE as a firm, queen-size spring mattress, but its public page does not reveal the expert rating or detailed test results. CHOICE also marks the model discontinued. That means the available public evidence supports a specification and availability check—not a confident performance verdict.
What CHOICE’s public review establishes
CHOICE identifies the Marbella as an in-store retail, spring queen mattress. Its public listing gives specifications and historical price fields, while restricting its expert rating, detailed test results, pros and cons to members. The public information therefore does not establish how well the mattress performed in testing.

- Durability you can count on: The DuraFlex Coil Edge surrounds the mattress for a solid seating surface that’s more durable and flexible when paired with an adjustable base
- Designed for all sleep positions
How firm is the Marbella?
CHOICE records its feel as firm, but that is the claimed category on the listing—not a publicly visible independent firmness measurement. Mattress feel can also vary by sleeper and setup, so the label alone cannot tell you whether it will suit your preferences.
Is the Sealy Elevate Marbella discontinued?
CHOICE labels the Marbella discontinued. The public listing does not establish whether any retailers still have old stock or identify a successor model. Treat any offer you find as a possible remaining-stock listing, and confirm the exact model, condition, return terms and warranty with the seller before buying.

What did the Marbella cost?
CHOICE’s page shows A$1,250 as the listed price and A$1,125 as the price paid on sale or after bargaining. The page does not show a publication year for these figures; they are historical listing values, not current market quotes or a reliable guide to what remaining stock should cost.
What the public review cannot tell you
Because CHOICE’s expert rating, detailed test results, pros and cons are behind its membership access, the public page cannot support a conclusion about comfort, durability, pressure relief or value in use. Nor should technology or warranty details from other Elevate mattresses be treated as Marbella specifications: Sealy UK’s Elevate Gel Cool Comfort and Sealy Malaysia’s regional Elevate range are separate product references and do not establish what was used in this Australian-listed model.

What to check if you find one for sale
- Confirm that the label or documentation identifies the mattress as the Elevate Marbella, rather than another Elevate model.
- Ask whether it is new, floor stock or otherwise used, and whether the seller can document its condition.
- Get the current price, delivery details, trial or return terms, and applicable warranty in writing; the historical CHOICE price fields do not answer those questions.
- Compare it with currently available mattresses using verifiable details: size, claimed feel, construction, independent test results, return terms, warranty in your market and current price.
