Windows PC: Steam version and requirements
Steam lists Windows 7 or higher as the game’s minimum operating system, along with DirectX 11 and 10 GB of available storage. The listing also notes that the Steam client supports Windows 10 and later as of January 1, 2024, so check the live listing before purchasing for a PC running an older version of Windows. Fireproof described the PC release as a visual upgrade over mobile: objects and environments were rebuilt, re-textured, and re-lit. Fireproof’s October 2017 release announcement specified iPhone and iPad running iOS 10 or later; its support page repeats that the game runs on Apple devices with iOS 10 and above. Android: hardware can affect compatibility
Fireproof gives OpenGL ES 3.0 and more than 1 GB of RAM as baseline requirements. It cautions that some devices meeting those specifications may still be incompatible because Android hardware and operating-system combinations vary. Check the Google Play listing on the device you intend to use rather than treating the minimums as a guarantee. Fireproof’s Android support information.
