No official HAMSTER announcement located as of October 7, 2026, identifies Fighting Golf as this week’s Arcade Archives release for Nintendo Switch. The publisher’s latest listed announcements instead name BALLOON BOMBER and CRAZY BALLOON for October 1. The claim is therefore unverified by the official material reviewed—not proof that a later announcement is impossible.
What HAMSTER announced for October 1
HAMSTER’s release index displays announcements dated September 30, 2026, including two releases scheduled for October 1. They are different games and editions, not a Fighting Golf announcement.

HAMSTER says store availability varies by country or region, so check your local Nintendo eShop for the edition available where you live. These announcements establish what the publisher listed for October 1; they do not rule out a subsequent announcement.
Is Arcade Archives GOLF the same game?
No. Nintendo’s listing for Arcade Archives GOLF describes a Nintendo sports game released in 1984, with its Nintendo Switch listing dated October 25, 2019. That is a separate title and does not confirm a Fighting Golf release.

How to verify a later weekly announcement
- Check HAMSTER’s release index for a current announcement naming Fighting Golf.
- Open the announcement and confirm its stated release date and platform edition; an Arcade Archives title for one system does not establish availability on another.
- Check your local eShop listing for regional availability before assuming the game can be purchased in your territory.
This status reflects the official index and announcements available as of October 7, 2026. Because weekly release listings can change, verify the publisher’s index again if checking on a later date.
