So the most supportable answer is that ASUS reportedly paused plans for new phone models, with the longer-term future uncertain. The available statements do not establish that ASUS permanently closed its smartphone division.
Is the Zenfone 10 the last Zenfone?
It is the latest Zenfone model established by the information here, but that does not prove it will be the last one ever. ASUS announced the Zenfone 10 on June 29, 2023, then denied two months later that it would end the line. As of the January 2026 reporting, there was no established announcement that a successor would launch. Nor does the 2023 denial settle what ASUS will do after its reported 2026 pause.

That is narrower than saying the company stopped all phone-related activity: the same reporting said ASUS assured DigiTimes that smartphone operations would continue, including maintenance, software upgrades and warranty services for existing devices. Will ASUS still support my Zenfone?
The January 2026 report attributed to ASUS an assurance that maintenance, software upgrades and warranty service for existing products would continue. That is useful context for current owners, but it does not specify how long any particular Zenfone will receive updates or remain eligible for warranty service. Check the support and warranty information for your exact model and region rather than assuming a shared end date.

Its listed in-box items are documentation, a SIM ejector, a 30 W USB adapter, a USB-C-to-USB-C cable and a case.
