The iQOO 15 Ultra has the bigger, sharper screen and a slightly bigger battery. The OnePlus 15 lists a higher gaming refresh rate and, depending on region, faster or slower charging. There is no single price winner, because the two phones’ official prices aren’t published for the same market.

The iQOO panel is larger (6.85 vs 6.78 inches) and has more pixels (3168×1440 vs 2772×1272), so it should look sharper on paper. OnePlus counters with a higher gaming refresh ceiling of 165Hz against iQOO’s 144Hz, and an adaptive 1–120Hz range for everyday use. Games must support those rates to use them. Brightness, color accuracy and real frame rates need independent testing, which isn’t covered here.

Performance
Both phones list the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5. A shared chip doesn’t guarantee equal sustained speed, heat or battery use, because cooling design and software tuning differ. No independent benchmark or thermal test is cited here, so treat them as roughly equal on paper only.
Battery and charging
iQOO lists a 7,400mAh typical-capacity battery with 100W wired and 40W wireless charging. OnePlus lists 7,300mAh. Its global page shows 120W SUPERVOOC, but its US page shows 80W wired and 50W AIRVOOC wireless. OnePlus charging therefore depends on your region and model, so check your country’s page before buying. A 100mAh capacity gap is small, and neither capacity nor charging wattage tells you real endurance or charge time.

OnePlus describes its battery in marketing terms: “This 7,300mAh Silicon NanoStack battery lets you stream, shoot, and play without hunting for outlets.” That is OnePlus copy, not a test result.
Cameras
Both use three 50MP rear sensors and a periscope telephoto. iQOO names a Sony periscope telephoto. OnePlus specifies a 3.5× optical zoom. Matching resolution doesn’t mean matching photos, since sensor size, lenses and processing decide results. Judge image quality from comparative samples, not the spec sheet.

iQOO offers more choice, from 16GB+256GB up to 24GB+1TB. The OnePlus listing found has 12GB+256GB and 16GB+512GB. Only 16GB+512GB appears on both, so use that tier for a like-for-like comparison. OnePlus has no 1TB option in the listing found, and its 12GB+256GB base model has no iQOO equivalent.

The OnePlus pages we checked don’t give a comparable current price for the same market, so a precise gap can’t be stated. Gadgets360’s comparison reports that the OnePlus 15 launched in India and the iQOO 15 Ultra did not. That status can change, so confirm it on official local stores.

Don’t convert the yuan prices into your currency and treat them as a local price. Imports, taxes, warranty and software differences can change the real cost. A fair comparison uses the same market, date, seller and storage tier, and says whether the figure is a list price or a live offer.
Quick Recap
Which should you choose?
- Choose the iQOO 15 Ultra if you want the larger, higher-resolution screen, more memory and storage options, and can buy it officially in your market.
- Choose the OnePlus 15 if you want a higher gaming refresh ceiling, wider international availability (it is reported on sale in India), and a clear regional support path. Check your region’s charging spec first.
