1Fix the driver behind crashes, sound loss and screen glitches2Clear out junk files and repair common Windows errors3Scan for outdated or missing drivers - takes under a minuteThe iQOO 13 is the newer platform, with a Snapdragon 8 Elite processor, a Q10 2K 144Hz display and a manufacturer-stated 6000mAh equivalent typical battery. The iQOO 12 counters with 120W charging and a 64MP telephoto camera offering 3× optical zoom. The apparent ₹2,000 price gap on iQOO India’s store is not a like-for-like current comparison: the iQOO 12 listings are refurbished, while the selected iQOO 13 variants were marked unavailable.

Which phone has the better performance platform?
The iQOO 13 moves from the iQOO 12’s Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 to Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite. That makes it the newer flagship platform on paper. The available source material does not include independent benchmark results or direct testing, so it cannot quantify the performance difference in games, sustained workloads or everyday use.

Its 16GB+512GB version is listed with UFS 4.1. Match memory and storage tiers when comparing prices rather than treating the phones as one fixed configuration.
Display: iQOO 13 lists a 2K panel
Both phones are listed with 144Hz refresh rates. iQOO describes the 13’s display as Q10 2K, while the 12 has a 6.78-inch, 2800×1260 (1.5K) AMOLED panel. The published specifications therefore give the iQOO 13 the higher-resolution description, but the cited pages do not provide enough matching measurements to compare all aspects of the panels.

Battery and charging: capacity is not the whole story
iQOO lists the iQOO 13 battery as 6000mAh equivalent typical and the iQOO 12 battery as 5000mAh typical. These are manufacturer figures, not measured battery-life results. The iQOO 12’s stated 120W charging is a concrete advantage if charging speed matters to you. The cited India pages do not establish an iQOO 13 charging wattage, so this comparison cannot determine which charges faster.

Price difference in India: why ₹2,000 is not a fair current premium
When accessed on 7 October 2026, iQOO India Store listings showed the following prices inclusive of taxes. The iQOO 12 listings were refurbished; selected iQOO 13 variants were marked unavailable.
| Memory and storage | iQOO 12 5G listing | iQOO 13 5G listing | Listed difference |
|---|---|---|---|
| 12GB+256GB | ₹59,999, refurbished | ₹61,999, marked unavailable | ₹2,000 |
| 16GB+512GB | ₹64,999, refurbished | ₹66,999, marked unavailable | ₹2,000 |
The arithmetic difference is ₹2,000 for each matching tier, but it compares different conditions and does not show a current new-phone street-price premium. Check live availability, seller, condition and variant before buying. The listed amounts are from the iQOO India Store; prices and stock can change.

Which one should you choose?
Choose iQOO 13 if your priorities are
- The newer Snapdragon 8 Elite platform.
- The higher-resolution 2K display description.
- The larger manufacturer-stated typical battery capacity.
Consider iQOO 12 if your priorities are
- 120W charging.
- A specified 64MP telephoto camera with 3× optical zoom.
- A good deal on a listing whose condition and availability you have verified.
This is a specification-based choice, not a conclusion from hands-on testing. The store figures alone do not show that either phone is currently the better-value purchase; compare live listings for the same storage tier and confirm condition before deciding.
