Which iPhone SE 4 rumors came true?
The larger OLED, Face ID redesign
The move away from the classic small SE body was accurate. iPhone 16e uses a 6.1-inch OLED screen and Face ID, replacing the older SE design’s smaller display and Home-button fingerprint reader.
USB-C and a single 48MP camera
Reports correctly anticipated USB-C and one high-resolution rear camera. Apple calls the shipped camera a 48MP Fusion camera, a more specific description than the earlier leak wording.

A18 performance and Apple’s modem
The A18 chip appeared in the final phone. Apple also introduced its C1 cellular modem, confirming the central prediction that this model would use an Apple-designed modem rather than a previously reported third-party solution.
Price: a clear break from the previous SE
For the United States at launch, AP reported a $600 starting price for iPhone 16e. The previous iPhone SE launched at $430. Those are historical US launch figures, not current prices or a worldwide price list; the difference was $170, and AP characterized it as roughly a 40% increase.
