Le terme « défaut de fabrication » décrit donc l’allégation soulevée par ces utilisateurs et le cadrage de certains articles, pas une conclusion officielle selon laquelle tous les iPhone 18 Pro seraient concernés. Les signalements disponibles ne suffisent pas à établir un problème généralisé.
Un échange a-t-il été proposé par Apple ?
Oui, dans un cas rapporté par iGeneration : un lecteur a fait examiner son iPhone en Apple Store après avoir remarqué un ressaut dans les deux coins supérieurs de la plaque arrière. Des utilisateurs ont aussi décrit des craquements, grésillements ou cliquetis de haut-parleur sur des appareils de la gamme, mais il s’agit de signalements distincts. Ils ne donnent pas non plus le nombre d’appareils concernés. En l’état des informations publiées dans ces articles, le problème reste une série de témoignages à la fréquence inconnue.
