अगर किसी Android app में login page पर loading घूमती रहती है, तो पहले यह पता करें कि पूरा app अटका है या सिर्फ login page। फिर उसी login address को दूसरे browser और दूसरे network पर आज़माएँ। इससे Chrome, connection, website और app के भीतर खुलने वाले web login के बीच फर्क समझने में मदद मिलती है—लेकिन ये जाँचें किसी एक कारण की पक्की पुष्टि नहीं करतीं।
“Screenshot” से आपका मतलब अगर अटकी हुई screenshot capture प्रक्रिया है, तो वह login page के load या redirect होने से अलग समस्या है। नीचे के कदम login page अटकने के लिए हैं; किसी खास app या phone की जानकारी के बिना एक निश्चित कारण बताना संभव नहीं है।

पहले पहचानें: app अटका है या login page?
- Login screen पर buttons दबाने पर प्रतिक्रिया मिलती है या नहीं, देखें।
- क्या loading indicator चलता रहता है, page बदलता है, या URL redirect होता दिखता है?
- अगर पूरी app प्रतिक्रिया देना बंद कर दे, तो यह केवल login page की समस्या नहीं हो सकती। अगर बाकी app काम कर रहा है लेकिन login नहीं खुलता, तो आगे browser और network की तुलना करें।
इस फर्क को जानना जरूरी है: screenshot लेने की प्रक्रिया रुकना, app का freeze होना और login page का load न होना एक ही समस्या नहीं हैं।

1. अगर login Chrome में खुल रहा है, Chrome और phone restart करें
- Chrome के अनावश्यक tabs और हाल में इस्तेमाल न हो रही apps बंद करें।
- Chrome बंद करके फिर खोलें और login दोबारा आज़माएँ।
- फिर भी समस्या हो तो Android phone restart करके दोबारा प्रयास करें।
ये Chrome के freeze या न खुलने जैसी स्थितियों के लिए उपयोगी शुरुआती जाँचें हैं; इससे यह साबित नहीं होता कि हर app का login Chrome की वजह से अटका है।

2. वही login address दूसरे browser में खोलें
अगर आपके पास login address है, उसे दूसरे browser में खोलकर देखें। अगर वहाँ login खुलता है लेकिन app के अंदर नहीं, तो browser/profile या app के embedded login flow में अंतर हो सकता है। अगर दोनों जगह नहीं खुलता, तो website या network भी कारण हो सकते हैं। यह तुलना सुराग देती है, अंतिम diagnosis नहीं।
3. Wi-Fi और mobile data के बीच बदलकर देखें
Wi-Fi पर हैं तो mobile data आज़माएँ, या mobile data पर हैं तो किसी भरोसेमंद Wi-Fi network पर वही page खोलें। अगर network बदलने से नतीजा बदलता है, तो connection या उस network के साथ website की पहुंच जाँचने लायक है। सुरक्षा सुविधाएँ बंद न करें, अनजान APK install न करें और अपना password या one-time code किसी को न दें।

दूसरे browser में खुलता है, app में नहीं: WebView या sign-in flow
कुछ Android apps web content को app के भीतर WebView में दिखाती हैं। WebView की settings और navigation app developer के नियंत्रण में होती हैं, इसलिए browser में सफल login के बावजूद app के अंदर वाला login अटक सकता है। Android Developers की WebView guidance में internet permission, JavaScript settings और navigation handling जैसे implementation पहलू शामिल हैं। किसी अनजान app में इनमें से कौन-सा हिस्सा विफल है, यह केवल इस symptom से तय नहीं किया जा सकता।
Third-party identity provider के जरिए sign-in के लिए Android Developers Custom Tabs की सलाह देता है: “When linking out to a third-party identity provider or login experience, such as ‘Sign in with…’, Custom Tabs are the way to go.” Android app sign-in के लिए Credential Manager भी सुझाता है। Google OAuth 2.0 authentication को WebView के भीतर चलाने की सलाह नहीं देता और security तथा usability कारणों से Chrome Custom Tabs की ओर निर्देशित करता है। ये developer-side design guidance हैं, किसी उपयोगकर्ता के लिए arbitrary app में बदलने योग्य setting नहीं।

समस्या एक ही app में हो तो support को क्या भेजें
ऊपर की जाँचों के बाद भी केवल एक app में login अटकता है, तो उस app की official support team से संपर्क करें। संदेश में ये विवरण दें:
- App का नाम और phone का model।
- Android version, यदि मालूम हो।
- समस्या होने का समय और screen पर दिखने वाला error या loading व्यवहार।
- क्या वही login address दूसरे browser में खुलता है, और क्या आपने दूसरा network आज़माया।
Password, OTP या authentication code न भेजें। ये विवरण support team को app-specific web login या sign-in flow की जाँच करने में मदद कर सकते हैं।

App developer के लिए: embedded login की जाँच
यदि आप app के developer हैं, तो पहले यह जाँचें कि WebView में page load हो रहा है या navigation/redirect के दौरान रुक रहा है। Android की WebView documentation में internet permission, JavaScript configuration और WebViewClient navigation handling संबंधित implementation बिंदु हैं। Third-party identity provider के OAuth login को WebView में चलाने के बजाय Custom Tabs पर विचार करें; app sign-in के लिए Credential Manager भी Android का सुझाया विकल्प है।

WebView को Chrome DevTools में inspect करने के लिए app में WebView debugging पहले से enable होना चाहिए; उसके बाद Chrome में chrome://inspect खोलकर उपलब्ध WebView की जाँच की जा सकती है। Android का WebView DevTools app device-level WebView configuration और diagnostics के लिए है। ये developer tools हैं—किसी आम उपयोगकर्ता के लिए दूसरे app के production login को inspect करने का तरीका नहीं।
