Windows Errors? Fix Them Before They Spread
Repair common Windows errors and clear accumulated junk for a smoother, more stable PC - no reinstall needed.Free scan · no reinstallOutdated Drivers Are Slowing You Down
One free scan finds every outdated or missing driver and matches the right update for your exact hardware.Free scan · exact hardware matchThe glossy iPhone 3GS look is not one magic gradient. It comes from stacking a translucent highlight over a sharply divided body gradient, then adding a dark outline, an inset rim, a grounding shadow, and embossed text. Timon Franke used that visual recipe across a 23-component React design system; the project is a skeuomorphic recreation, not a native iOS port.
How the glossy button effect works
Franke’s example builds the button from separate visual layers. The upper layer supplies the shine; the lower layer gives the control its blue, glass-like body. Keeping those jobs separate makes the effect easier to tune than a single complicated gradient.

Stack the highlight over the body
The top background is a translucent white gloss gradient: it starts at 30% opacity, falls to 12% around the midpoint, and fades to transparent just after 50%. Beneath it, the blue body gradient changes abruptly between 49% and 50%. Franke says smoothing that boundary makes the surface look flatter; the sharp change is what suggests a reflective face.

An inset white line along the top suggests a lit rim, while a dark lower shadow gives the control weight against the surface behind it. The text gets an upward dark shadow to create an embossed impression.

- Built in metal woven mesh, resistant to stretching and bending, with anti-interference effect when used for data transmission. Original quality.
- 30 Pin charging & data sync Cable, It can be used for charging and also for transmitting data.
- Metal Plug, durable can plug pull out more than 5000 times, high charging efficiency, ultra data transmission, reduction, small power loss, improve the conversion rate of charging
- Compact, heat-resistant, stainless steel connector heads slot in easily but securely and fit most cases.
- The interior is wrapped in aluminum platinum to resist signal interference. On top of aluminum platinum, there is a layer of metal weaving, which is sturdy and durable.
Give the pressed state its own surface
When pressed, the example removes the gloss layer, switches to a darker body gradient, and adds an inset shadow. This changes the apparent surface rather than merely fading the button, which preserves the distinction between a raised control and one being pushed inward.
Use semantic tokens to support themes
The library separates literal color values from semantic CSS custom properties. Raw tokens retain their literal roles; components consume semantic tokens such as a neutral surface, bar button, or text-on-bar. A theme can then change component intent without rewriting each component’s styles.
Franke describes an early mistake: remapping raw “dark” tokens made elements that were supposed to stay dark turn pale. The correction was to leave raw tokens stable and override semantic tokens for the theme. That approach is particularly useful where the visual system contains surfaces whose color should remain fixed even as the surrounding palette changes.

| Theme | Look and text treatment | Surfaces that remain dark |
|---|---|---|
| Default | Dark black-glass palette | Tab bar, alerts, HUDs, and popovers |
| Classic light | Light blue-gray palette; the example changes the direction of the text emboss | Tab bar, alerts, HUDs, and popovers |
The repository documents dark mode as the default and enables the classic appearance with data-theme="light". The repository describes those listed surfaces as dark in both themes.
Install and use the React library
The project README describes 3GS UI as a React design system using plain CSS tokens, with React 18 or 19 and TypeScript. It gives this package setup:

Where the interaction work gets harder
Matching a static screenshot is only part of recreating an older interface. Controls whose appearance depends on movement or selection need deliberate state handling as well.
Switch: move the labels under a fixed knob
The example uses a strip twice as wide as the track, with ON and OFF colors and labels. The strip slides beneath a fixed silver knob; clipping the track hides the departing label and makes it appear to move out of view.

- This phone is unlocked and compatible with any carrier of choice on GSM and CDMA networks (e.g. AT&T, T-Mobile, Sprint, Verizon, US Cellular, Cricket, Metro, Tracfone, Mint Mobile, etc.).
- Tested for battery health and guaranteed to have a minimum battery capacity of 80%.
- Successfully passed a full diagnostic test which ensures like-new functionality and removal of any prior-user personal information.
- The device does not come with headphones or a SIM card. It does include a generic (Mfi certified) charging cable.
- Inspected and guaranteed to have minimal cosmetic damage, which is not noticeable when the device is held at arm's length.
Picker: coordinate scrolling and selection
The picker is a vertical scroll-snap wheel. Franke reports using 44-pixel rows, spacer rows that let the first and last values reach the center, and shading overlays to suggest a cylinder. Programmatic selection can scroll the wheel, while user scrolling can update the selection; to avoid those updates repeatedly triggering each other, the implementation ignores scroll events for 150 ms after programmatic scrolling. These are the project’s implementation values, not general requirements for every picker.
Keyboard: keep key taps from blurring the input
The keyboard example handles shift and caps lock, delete auto-repeat, and an enlarged popup for the pressed key. Its pointer-down handlers call preventDefault() so a tap on a key does not blur the text input it controls.

The author says the library contains 23 React components. The README’s inventory includes buttons, text and search fields, navigation and tab bars, lists, alerts, segmented controls, sliders, action sheets, progress indicators, status bars, toolbars, page controls, popovers, HUDs, date pickers, modal sheets, steppers, notification banners, icons, and badges. The README labels its component table v0.1.0; that table is not evidence that v0.1.0 is the current release.

This is a structural preview, not a guarantee that any modern website will render as a faithful miniature. The author notes that client-rendered pages can produce thin results when the initial HTML contains little content, and that some hosts block requests.
The post and README describe safeguards for URL fetching, including DNS re-resolution after redirects, blocking loopback, private, link-local, and CGNAT addresses and IPv4-mapped IPv6 equivalents, a read cap, a timeout, and IP-based rate limiting. The README specifies a 4 MB read cap; the post reports an eight-second timeout. These are project-described protections, not an independent security audit or proof that the service is immune to server-side request forgery.
