HTML can give a restaurant website a clear structure for its introduction, menu, and practical details. But an HTML-only project is a static markup exercise: HTML provides the content structure, while CSS adds visual styling and JavaScript can add dynamic interaction. The title does not establish which features or code appear in Part 4, so the guidance below explains what this kind of project can demonstrate without claiming specifics about its implementation.
What a restaurant website can contain
A restaurant page is useful practice for organizing information visitors are likely to need. A simple structure might include an introduction, food menu, restaurant details, and contact information. These are sensible content choices for a project, not confirmed sections of this particular installment. W3Schools’ restaurant website tutorial discusses a hero section and menu, as well as contact details such as a phone number, address, and opening times.

Use HTML elements according to their meaning, and keep the heading hierarchy understandable. A reader should be able to identify the page’s main subject and follow how its sections relate. Without the Part 4 source code, it is not possible to assess its markup or say whether it uses specific elements.
How to structure site navigation
When a page has links to its sections or other pages, use a labelled <nav> region for the navigation and represent its links as a list when that suits the design. W3C Web Accessibility Initiative explains that semantic markup conveys menu structure to users and recommends list markup for navigation items when their order is not meaningful. See the WAI Menus Tutorial and Menu Structure.

This structure helps assistive technology communicate the relationships between links. It also provides a meaningful basis for later styling and adaptation to different display conditions; semantic markup alone does not guarantee a particular visual layout.
Forms need labels—and a working destination
If a project includes a contact or reservation form, give each control a clear, associated label and request only information needed for the form’s purpose. W3C WAI’s Forms Tutorial explains that labels help people using speech input operate fields and that asking for excessive or irrelevant information can lead people to abandon a form. Its guidance is direct: “Only ask users to enter what is required to complete the transaction or process.”

Choose controls that match their purpose. For example, a form should use an appropriate submit button rather than a generic element made to imitate one; MDN covers semantic controls in Forms and buttons in HTML.

A form displayed in an HTML page does not, by itself, send a reservation to a restaurant. Unless a backend, form service, or other submission destination is connected, describe it as a markup example—not as a functioning booking system. The title does not confirm that Part 4 includes a form.
What “only HTML” means—and what it does not
HTML describes a document’s content and structure. It can lay out text, links, and form controls, but HTML alone does not provide the visual styling associated with CSS or the dynamic behavior commonly added with JavaScript. W3Schools presents HTML as the structural starting point, followed by CSS for styling and JavaScript for dynamic interaction in its restaurant website guide.
That makes an HTML-only restaurant page a useful way to practice organizing content and using markup. It does not establish that the result has responsive styling, animated controls, online booking, payment, or order processing. Those outcomes depend on additional styling, scripts, or services, and cannot be inferred from the project title.

Do you need to buy anything?
No purchase is required to build an HTML page. For readers who want a print reference alongside practice, Wiley lists Jon Duckett’s HTML and CSS: Design and Build Websites as an introduction to both technologies, covering topics including structure, links, images, and forms. The publisher lists print formats on its book page; availability through other retailers may vary.
