Sign in to your McLuck account and complete the verification task shown there. McLuck’s current US guidance describes an unexpired government-issued photo ID followed by proof of address issued within the last 90 days. Submit through the secure Veriff gateway in your account, and follow any account-specific requests; McLuck says review of submitted files takes up to 48 hours.
Steps to verify your McLuck account
- Sign in and open the verification task. Use the task shown in your McLuck profile or account flow. The account’s instructions control if they ask for evidence beyond the standard ID and address documents. McLuck identifies Veriff as its submission gateway. McLuck’s verification guide describes the process.
- Prepare your identity document. McLuck lists an unexpired government-issued passport, driver’s license, or state or national ID. A passport image must show the photo page; driver’s licenses and state or national IDs require images of both sides. Make sure your legal name, date of birth, document number, and validity are legible. McLuck’s accepted-document list gives these requirements.
- Choose recent proof of address. Submit a document issued within the 90 days before submission that displays your name and current residential address matching your McLuck profile. Examples listed by McLuck include utility bills, phone or internet statements, official bank statements, and credit-card statements. The account task may specify which document to use.
- Capture a clear, complete document. McLuck says not to submit digital screenshots. Use a clear photograph or an official document file as the verification flow allows. Show all four corners, use good lighting, and avoid glare or anything that obscures text. Keep the document unaltered.
- Submit through the account flow and check for additional requests. Follow the remaining prompts in Veriff and submit the requested files. McLuck’s Terms reserve the right to request other evidence, including proof of payment ownership or source of funds or wealth. The checks requested can vary by account and activity. McLuck’s Terms of Service, section 8.3, say the company may restrict account opening or use while verification checks are pending.
- Monitor your account and registered email. McLuck states that its compliance team reviews submitted files within 48 hours. That is a stated document-review window, not a guarantee that any additional follow-up or redemption will finish within the same period. If a submission is rejected, use the stated reason to correct the issue and submit the requested evidence again.
Document requirements that commonly cause delays
Proof of address must be recent and match your profile
The address document must have been issued within the last 90 days and show the account holder’s name and current residential address as entered on the McLuck account. A valid document can still fail if the profile has an outdated name or address. If your details have genuinely changed, contact McLuck Support and provide supporting evidence for the correction rather than submitting mismatched information.

Make sure the ID is valid and fully visible
Use an unexpired document and include the required view: the passport photo page, or both sides of a driver’s license or state or national ID. Text and identifying details need to be readable, with no cropped corners or glare blocking information.

Documents in a non-Latin script may need translation
McLuck says document fields should use the standard Latin alphabet. If regional documents use a non-Latin script, its document guidance calls for an official certified English translation alongside the original.

If verification is delayed, rejected, or unavailable
- Check the rejection reason: Correct the specific issue, such as an expired ID, unclear image, missing side, or information that does not match your profile. Do not alter a document.
- If the verification task will not open or the upload fails: Contact McLuck Support through its official site and ask which requirement remains incomplete. Provide only the evidence requested through the account’s secure process.
- If you receive a request for more documents: Follow the deadline in that request. McLuck says an account may be restricted if requested verification documents are not supplied within 30 days of the request. McLuck’s account-verification FAQ explains the stated deadline.
- If you plan to redeem: McLuck requires verification to clear before a redemption can be requested or processed. An upload receipt is not final approval.
