- Send a test to yourself. Confirm whether the email is sent or drafted, whether the image opens for the recipient, and whether it is an attachment or link as intended. Then enable the workflow.
Can Pabbly take a screenshot of a URL?
The HTML to Image + API (Pabbly) listing describes a Capture Website Screenshot action that captures a website or webpage from a URL. It also shows examples combining an event from a form or sheet with a screenshot action. That supports using the integration as the capture step; it does not prove a one-click screenshot-to-email template or settle how the image is passed into an email.

Webhook limits and response codes
Pabbly’s webhook status guide, updated September 15, 2026, says an incoming webhook returns HTTP 200 when captured successfully, 404 when the workflow is disabled, and 410 when it has been permanently deleted. That 500 KB limit applies to incoming webhook trigger payloads as described by Pabbly. It does not establish the screenshot action’s output size or an email provider’s attachment limit. Do not assume the screenshot itself is sent through the webhook payload.

Troubleshooting
- The screenshot step runs, but there is no obvious attachment field. Inspect the complete test output first. The published listing does not identify the returned field or representation. If it is a hosted URL, try mapping it into the email body; if it is a file, confirm the email action accepts that value as an attachment.
- The recipient cannot open the image link. Check whether the returned URL is accessible to the recipient and whether it is temporary or requires authentication. The integration listing does not specify link visibility or retention, so verify using a recipient-like test.
- The workflow creates a draft instead of sending email. Gmail’s listed action is Create Draft. Select and test a send-email action if immediate delivery is required and your connected app offers one.
- An incoming webhook returns HTTP 404 or 410. According to Pabbly’s status guide, 404 indicates a disabled workflow and 410 a permanently deleted one. Enable the workflow or generate/use a webhook associated with the active workflow, as appropriate.
- An incoming webhook returns HTTP 413. The request exceeds Pabbly’s documented 500 KB trigger payload ceiling. Reduce the data sent to the trigger; the limit is not a stated screenshot-file or email-attachment limit.
- The workflow starts but captures the wrong page or no page. Check the URL value passed by the trigger and inspect the screenshot action’s test result before troubleshooting the email step. The exact page-rendering controls and failure behavior are not specified in the cited integration listing.
