To refer someone, sign in to your account, open Refer and Earn, and join the program if prompted. You can then copy a referral link or send an invitation through the dashboard. A sent link alone does not earn a reward: the person must be a new customer who makes an eligible purchase through your referral route and remains active for at least 45 days without requesting a refund.
How do I join and get my referral link?
- Sign in to your account and open Refer and Earn from the dashboard. Select Join now if the program asks you to enroll.
- Choose how to refer. When available, select an eligible product or plan to copy a plan-specific link. Use the general referral link if you want the recipient to choose what to buy.
- Send an invitation from the dashboard, if you prefer. Enter the recipient’s email address, review any access request or note shown, and send it. Describe the service accurately and leave the recipient free to decide.
- Check the referral dashboard for the person’s status and any reward progress. The interface may show statuses such as Pending, Qualified, Declined, and Approved.
Some users with partner access may instead find referral and earnings tabs under a For partners dashboard area. Labels and available options can change, so follow the current interface and terms shown in your account.

When does a referral qualify?
According to the Referral Program Agreement, revised September 2, 2026, a qualifying referral generally needs to meet all of these conditions:

- They make a qualifying purchase through the referral route, for an eligible new service. Domain-related services are excluded under the agreement. Eligible products and subscription-period rules can vary; check the current list in the help guide and your dashboard before sharing a product-specific link.
- They remain an active user for at least 45 days and do not request a refund. A purchase may appear in the dashboard before it has passed this eligibility period.
The dashboard can show the referral’s progress, but a pending or qualified status is not the same as an approved reward. If the customer refunds or fails to meet the conditions, the referral may be declined.

What reward can the referrer and recipient receive?
The agreement sets maximums of up to 20% of the referred customer’s first eligible purchase for the referrer and up to 20% off for the recipient. These are not guaranteed amounts: the reward depends on the eligible order and the terms displayed for the referral. Standard referrals do not earn commissions on later cross-sells, upgrades, or renewals. The agreement identifies recurring rewards on those later purchases as a feature of the Agency Partner Program for approved partners.
Check the payout method and applicable payment terms in your account. Do not rely on an amount or payout schedule from an older guide; use the figures and terms currently shown in the dashboard and agreement.

Where can I share the link?
The personal Referral Program is for sharing with friends and people in your network. The help guide and agreement prohibit posting personal referral links on commercial websites, blogs, or YouTube. The agreement also prohibits spam, self-referrals, automated distribution, and paid search ads. Violating the rules can lead to referral account deactivation.

The separate Affiliate Program is intended for people with an audience; the Agency Partner Program has its own rules and may provide recurring rewards to approved partners. Eligibility, promotion permissions, and current terms for those programs are separate, so check their official requirements rather than assuming the personal referral rules or rewards apply.

Look for Refer and Earn in the account dashboard first. If you have partner access, check the For partners area. The help guide and agreement describe pausing or cancellation after six months without active referrals, though the wording differs. Follow the current dashboard instructions for your account; the official terms say users can rejoin.
