There is no single unlock shortcut for every Logitech keyboard. If only the Windows or Context Menu key is disabled, check Game Mode; if the F-row behaves differently, check Fn Lock. If most keys will not type, troubleshoot power and the connection instead. The right fix depends on which keys fail and your keyboard’s exact model.
First, identify what is not working
Before trying a shortcut, note whether the problem affects one key, the F-row, or most or all keys. Also identify whether the keyboard is wired, uses a receiver, or connects over Bluetooth. These clues help distinguish a keyboard mode from a power, connection, or key problem.

Logitech’s support site lets you look up a product by name, model number, or part number. Check the keyboard’s label or packaging if you do not know its model. Button locations and shortcuts can differ between models.
If the Windows or Context Menu key does not work
Check Game Mode
On Logitech gaming keyboards, Game Mode can disable the Windows and Context Menu keys. Logitech says the mode is toggled with the Game Mode button on the keyboard; some models also let you configure additional keys to disable in G HUB. Find the control for your specific model rather than assuming it is in a particular location. See Logitech’s Game Mode guidance.

The control differs by model. For example, Logitech’s G103 instructions say to press its Game Mode button. The G710+ instructions also use the Game Mode button and refer to an indicator for checking the state. These are model-specific examples, not universal directions.
Check Game Mode Lock on the PRO X TKL
If you have a Logitech PRO X TKL and Game Mode does not toggle as expected, Game Mode Lock may be active. Logitech documents Fn + Game Mode to lock Game Mode in its current state; press the same combination again to toggle the lock. See the PRO X TKL instructions.

If the F-row is doing the wrong thing
On supported Logitech keyboards, Fn + Esc toggles between the F-row’s special functions and standard F1–F12 behavior. Try it only if your model supports the shortcut; Logitech notes that function-key behavior varies by keyboard. Its F-key guidance also points to Logi Options+ for configuration on supported devices.
This changes how the F-row works. It does not unlock letters or restore a keyboard that has stopped typing altogether.
