If your Corsair keyboard has a dedicated Windows-lock key, press the lock-symbol key on the upper part of the keyboard. On supported compact models, use the model’s FN + WIN shortcut. Corsair documents that shortcut for the K65 RGB Mini and K70 PRO MINI WIRELESS; its K65 guide describes enabling Win Lock, so using the shortcut again to turn it off is a practical inference rather than an explicitly documented disable step.
First, identify your Corsair keyboard model
Corsair does not document one universal Win Lock control for every gaming keyboard. Find the model name on the keyboard, its packaging, or in iCUE, then use the matching control below. The key layout and shortcuts differ by model.

Use the control that matches your keyboard
Keyboard with a dedicated Windows-lock key
Look on the upper part of the keyboard for a key marked with a lock symbol. Corsair identifies that as the Windows-lock control on keyboards that have one. Press it to change the lock state. Corsair’s BIOS-mode guide describes this control, but does not establish that every model has the same key or indicator.

K65 RGB Mini
In hardware mode—when iCUE is not running or installed—Corsair documents FN + WIN to enable Win Lock. The guide does not explicitly describe the disable action. If Win Lock is active, trying the same shortcut again is a reasonable toggle test; if the Windows key remains blocked, consult the K65 RGB Mini hardware-mode guide and support information for your exact model.

K70 PRO MINI WIRELESS
Corsair’s shortcut table lists FN + WIN for Win Lock on this model. Press the shortcut and test the Windows key; for model-specific instructions, see Corsair’s K70 PRO MINI WIRELESS keyboard shortcuts.
If the Windows key works but shortcuts are still blocked
Win Lock can affect more than the Windows key, depending on the device and configuration. Corsair’s Voyager A1600 guide gives disabling WinKey, Alt+Tab, Alt+F4, or Shift+Tab as examples of possible Win Lock behavior; that list is specific to the Voyager A1600, not a universal set of effects for Corsair keyboards.

For keyboards managed in iCUE, check the keyboard’s Performance settings for Win Lock behavior. Corsair’s iCUE setup and profiles guide covers the Performance settings area. The exact options depend on the device. Do not assume that a general iCUE device-settings page is itself a Win Lock switch: Corsair’s device-settings instructions for iCUE v5.14 and newer cover device settings, not a universal Win Lock toggle. If the Windows key still does not work
- Confirm the keyboard’s exact model and check whether it has a dedicated lock-symbol key or a documented Fn shortcut.
- For K65 RGB Mini and K70 PRO MINI WIRELESS, try the documented FN + WIN shortcut; for the K65, remember that Corsair explicitly documents enabling Win Lock, not the reverse action.
- If the symptom includes other keys or shortcuts, review the model’s iCUE Performance options rather than assuming only the Windows key is affected.
- Use the support guide for your exact model if its control or behavior differs. The available Corsair instructions do not establish a universal reset sequence.
