To stop the Logitech G29 from vibrating or resisting your steering in a game, turn off that game’s force feedback or wheel vibration setting—or set its feedback strength to zero if it offers a slider. Logitech says a force-feedback-capable game takes control of the wheel, so G HUB’s “Centering Spring in Non Force Feedback Games” setting will not disable effects in that game.
Turn off feedback in the game

Open the game’s settings and look under Controls, Wheel, or Force Feedback. Menu names and locations vary by game.

Switch off Force Feedback, Vibration, or a similarly named wheel-feedback option. If the game provides only a strength slider, reduce it to zero.

Return to the game and check whether the wheel’s effects have stopped. If you cannot find the control, consult that game’s wheel or controller settings; Logitech’s support guidance does not give one universal menu path for all games.

Although players often call the effects “vibration,” Logitech’s support material describes force-feedback control rather than a separate, universal G29 vibration toggle. The in-game feedback setting is the practical control when the game supports force feedback.
Why the G HUB centering-spring setting may not work
G HUB’s Centering Spring in Non Force Feedback Games option applies only to games that do not support force feedback. Logitech explains that a supported game takes control of the wheel when it loads, leaving that G HUB setting with no effect. Use the game’s own feedback controls instead. If you use the G29 on PC
For PC setup, Logitech’s platform guidance says to set the G29’s platform switch to PS4. Logitech specifies Logitech Gaming Software (LGS) 8.70 or later for full G29 functionality on PC. The guidance also says to use the PS3 switch position on PS3 and PS4 on PS4. These setup steps are not a way to switch off in-game feedback; disable that through the game’s settings.
