What conditional call forwarding means
Call forwarding sends incoming calls to another phone number. Conditional forwarding applies only in specific situations: when your line is busy, you do not answer, or your phone cannot be reached. Samsung lists these as separate settings, so you can turn off one condition without necessarily changing the others. Samsung Philippines explains the feature and its conditions.

- Forward when busy: forwards calls when the line is busy.
- Forward when unanswered: forwards a call if you do not answer it.
- Forward when unreachable: forwards calls when the phone cannot be reached, such as when it is outside coverage.
- Always forward: forwards all incoming calls, regardless of these conditions. It is a separate rule.
Turn off the conditions you do not want
- Open the Phone app.
- Tap More options (the three-dot menu), then tap Settings.
- Open Supplementary Services. If prompted, select the SIM whose calls you want to manage.
- Tap Call forwarding, then Voice Calls.
- Open each condition you want to stop: Forward when busy, Forward when unanswered, or Forward when unreachable. Tap Disable for any active rule.
- Return to the conditions list and check that the rules you selected are disabled.
Samsung’s support instructions use this route and advise disabling the individual condition. Samsung Philippines support notes that screens can vary by model and software version.

Menu names and availability can differ across Galaxy models, software versions, markets, and carriers. If Supplementary Services is not listed, look in the Phone app’s settings for a carrier-related call-settings section. On a dual-SIM phone, confirm that you selected the SIM line whose forwarding you intend to change.

If the setting will not load or the phone returns an error, check that you have a network connection, then contact your mobile carrier and ask it to check conditional call forwarding on your line. Samsung notes that network connection and carrier support can affect whether forwarding settings work. Samsung Gulf’s support guidance describes disabling an individual option and identifies those network and carrier factors.
Do not assume a dial code will work for every carrier: codes vary by country and provider, and Samsung’s guidance does not prescribe a universal code. If you rely on voicemail, ask your carrier how disabling busy, unanswered, or unreachable forwarding will affect your voicemail routing; changing these rules may alter existing routing.
