If your Casio F-B100W will not pair, reconnect, or transfer step data, start with charge, watch mode, phone Bluetooth, app permissions, and distance. If those checks fail, remove the watch’s pairing records from the watch, CASIO WATCHES app, and phone Bluetooth settings, then pair again. Use the F-B100W operation guide for the watch-side deletion steps: Casio’s procedure varies by model.
What the F-B100W connects to your phone to do
The F-B100W connects to a phone over Bluetooth through the CASIO WATCHES app. Casio says the connection supports automatic time correction, configuring watch functions in the app, and transferring tracked data such as step counts for viewing on the phone. Casio does not establish a specific sync interval or a dedicated manual-sync button in the guidance cited here, so do not assume data transfers instantly or continuously. Consult the F-B100W operation guide for model-specific operating details. Casio’s F-B100W product page describes its connected functions.

Why won’t my Casio F-B100W pair with my phone?
First make sure the watch and phone are ready to pair. Initial setup uses CASIO WATCHES, a CASIO ID registration or login, registration of the watch in the app, and the permissions requested for your phone. If the phone displays an operating-system pairing request, accept it. After successful pairing, the watch should connect without repeating the full pairing process each time. Casio’s CASIO WATCHES App Connection Start Guide gives setup instructions and illustrates phone settings that Casio says were accurate as of September 2025; menu labels can vary by phone and OS.
What’s actually slowing this PC down?
Pick the symptom - the matching free tool is one click away.
- Install or open CASIO WATCHES and sign in or register a CASIO ID.
- Register the F-B100W in the app and follow the on-screen pairing prompts.
- Grant the permissions the app requests, then accept a phone Bluetooth pairing prompt if one appears.
Check permissions on the phone
Casio’s current connection guidance says location permission is required for Bluetooth connection and says this does not track or identify your location. For iPhone, its instructions include location access and Precise Location. For Android, they include location, nearby devices on Android 12 and later, and allowing background or battery use where those options are available. Permission names and paths differ by OS and device, so follow the app’s prompts and your phone’s current settings rather than relying on a menu path that may not match your version. See Casio’s setup guide.

Why won’t the watch reconnect?
Work through these low-impact checks before deleting pairing records. Casio recommends a charged watch, Timekeeping Mode, and disabling airplane mode if the model has it. A running stopwatch or timer can also prevent connection. On the phone, turn airplane mode off, check that Bluetooth is enabled, and toggle Bluetooth off and back on. Restart the phone if needed. Casio’s general connection troubleshooting guide also recommends bringing the phone within about two meters of the watch and moving away from nearby Wi-Fi devices and household appliances that could interfere. That distance is a troubleshooting recommendation, not a guaranteed Bluetooth range.
- Confirm the watch has sufficient battery and is in Timekeeping Mode.
- Stop any active stopwatch or timer.
- Turn off airplane mode on the watch, if available, and on the phone.
- Confirm phone Bluetooth is on; toggle it off and on if the watch remains disconnected.
- Keep the phone close to the watch and move away from nearby wireless devices or household appliances.
- Check that CASIO WATCHES has the required permissions and can run in the background where your phone provides that setting.
- Restart the phone if the connection still does not return.

How to reset Bluetooth pairing and pair again
If the basic checks do not help, clear the saved pairing information from all three places where it may be stored: the watch, CASIO WATCHES, and the phone’s Bluetooth device list. This removes pairing records, so use it after the simpler checks.
- In CASIO WATCHES, remove the F-B100W’s pairing or registration as directed by the app.
- In the phone’s Bluetooth settings, forget or delete the F-B100W entry if it appears there.
- On the watch, delete its pairing information using the F-B100W operation guide’s model-specific instructions.
- Start pairing again from CASIO WATCHES, follow the watch-operation prompts, and wait for setup to complete. Accept the phone’s Bluetooth pairing request if prompted.
- If the first pairing attempt fails, retry it after confirming the previous pairing records have been cleared.
Do not copy a button sequence from another Casio watch. Casio explicitly directs users to the specific watch manual’s “Deleting the Watch’s Pairing Information” or “Troubleshooting” section because watch-side operations vary by model. The exact F-B100W button sequence is not established in the general connection guide. Find the F-B100W operation guide through Casio’s F-B100W support page.

What to do when you change phones or the watch was repaired
Pairing with a new phone
Casio says a new phone requires pairing again. Prevent the old phone from connecting, remove the watch’s pairing information using the F-B100W guide, install CASIO WATCHES on the new phone, and pair the watch there.
After watch repair or replacement
If the watch was repaired or replaced and no longer connects, Casio recommends deleting the pairing information and pairing again. Follow the F-B100W-specific manual steps for the watch-side deletion rather than assuming the replacement or repaired watch uses the same procedure as another model.
