Follow the output downstream. If the capture module returned a usable image but the final destination is empty, check how later modules map that output. If it returned no image, investigate the capture action’s result and any error shown in the execution.
This sequence identifies where the failure appears in the run; it does not by itself establish why a page rendered blank.

Check that the correct field was mapped and that the value includes the intended scheme, such as https://, and the complete address. Open the same page separately
Visit the URL outside the scenario and determine whether it shows content to an unauthenticated visitor. Consider whether the visible content appears only after client-side rendering or an interaction. Those are possibilities to test against the particular page, not documented causes of your blank capture.
Use the error to decide whether to retry
Classify any execution error before changing retry behavior. Make’s incomplete-execution guidance describes retries as useful for temporary failures, including connection and rate-limit errors.
