- Set the loop count. The documented maximum for this pre-recorded workflow is 60 loops.
- Choose the social destination, enter the stream details, and schedule the broadcast.
- Before it starts, verify the selected destination and schedule, and confirm the file is the intended video.
OneStream Live says the video repeats during a single broadcast and can be scheduled. Its instructions do not specify every account-plan requirement or all file, upload, and streaming limits, so check the current requirements in your account before relying on a particular schedule. What Google Drive’s limits mean for streaming
Google Drive lets you upload a video from a computer using New → File upload, and its Share menu provides a way to copy a link. Those are Drive storage and sharing actions; copying a link does not by itself establish that a streaming service can import the underlying video file.

Drive lists WebM, MPEG4/3GPP/MOV, AVI, MPEGPS, WMV, FLV, MTS, and OGG among supported video formats, while cautioning that not every format works on every device. Its stated maximum playback resolution is 1920 × 1080. That is a limit on playback in Drive, not a specification for the output resolution of every streaming service. For the specific question of selecting a video file directly from Drive, OneStream Live has the clearer documented route. GoLive India is a relevant cloud-looping option, but the cited instructions do not settle whether it fetches files directly from Drive. Only loop videos you are authorized to stream. A file being accessible in Drive does not establish that you own its rights or have permission to broadcast it. Confirm permissions for the video, music, and any other included material, and review the destination platform’s rules before scheduling.

As a platform-specific example—not a general YouTube rule—DIKSHA’s creator instructions accept local MP4/WebM files or URLs for YouTube videos and other files, state a 500 MB upload limit for DIKSHA, and describe validation of standard YouTube credits and licenses. Troubleshooting a Drive-to-cloud transfer
The Google Drive file picker does not show the video
- Check that you are signed in to the Google account containing the file and have access to it.
- Confirm that you selected Cloud Storage and Google Drive rather than a local-device upload option.
- If the file still does not appear, check the service’s current account authorization and supported-source requirements.
The video is selectable but does not play as expected
- Check the file format against the streaming service’s current requirements. Google Drive’s format support does not guarantee compatibility with every other service or device.
