To track a Hyperliquid treasury, first identify addresses the company or entity has publicly disclosed, then monitor each relevant account and network separately. Hyperliquid’s official Info API supports account queries for balances, fills, portfolio history, vault details, and staking, but a wallet balance alone does not prove who owns it or capture every form of HYPE exposure.
What counts as a Hyperliquid treasury?
“Treasury” can mean a company’s disclosed holdings, an address associated with a protocol, or an account controlled by an investment entity. These are not interchangeable. An address may show on-chain activity, but the address itself is not proof of ownership; attribution needs evidence such as an issuer disclosure or filing.

The available SEC filing describes one company’s HYPE custody practices and names cold-wallet addresses. It does not establish a universal registry of Hyperliquid treasury addresses or current balances, nor does it establish the holdings of other companies. Use an issuer’s own disclosures as the starting point for attribution, and record the evidence and date checked for each address. SEC filing
How to build an address list you can defend
- Collect primary disclosures. Check the entity’s filings, treasury announcements, and wallet disclosures for addresses and descriptions of how they are controlled.
- Record attribution details. For each address, note the entity that disclosed it, the supporting document, the relevant network or account type, and when you checked it.
- Keep uncertain addresses separate. If a disclosure does not identify an address, do not infer ownership from a large balance, transaction pattern, or third-party label. Mark the address as unattributed unless you find supporting evidence.
- Update the record when disclosures change. Preserve prior entries and their dates so a later address change does not erase the basis for earlier monitoring.
A company filing describes that filer using self-custodied cold-wallet addresses, including Anchorage Digital infrastructure and hardware-wallet providers such as Ledger. That is an example of one company’s custody approach, not a general rule for Hyperliquid treasuries. A hardware wallet helps control signing keys; it is not, by itself, a holdings-tracking service. How to query HyperCore account data
Hyperliquid documents its public Info endpoint at https://api.hyperliquid.xyz/info. The API overview describes the interface, and the Info API reference documents account-specific request types and their parameters. Use the request type for the data you need and provide the actual master or sub-account address. The documentation warns that querying an agent wallet instead can return empty account data. API overview · Info API
The Info API reference covers account queries including fills, portfolio history, vault details, spot state, and staking records. Check the relevant request’s documented fields rather than assuming one response contains a complete treasury picture. The same request patterns can be used on testnet with its separate endpoint; testnet results should not be mixed with mainnet monitoring. Info API

Handle history limits and pagination
Historical time-range responses can be limited to as many as 500 elements or distinct blocks per response, depending on the endpoint. The reference advises paginating with the last returned timestamp. Some fill queries also have response-size or history limits, so a single successful response is not evidence that you retrieved all past activity. Info API
- Read the specific endpoint’s limits before choosing a date range.
- When the response is capped, request the next range from the last returned timestamp and continue until the requested period is covered.
- Store raw responses, query times, and pagination checkpoints locally. Reconcile new results against prior snapshots so repeated polling does not leave earlier history out of your record.
Track balances, staking, and activity as separate views
| View | What to query or inspect | What it does not establish by itself |
|---|---|---|
| HyperCore account activity | Account-specific Info API data such as fills, portfolio history, vault details, and spot state. | Ownership of the address or complete coverage of other networks and accounts. |
| Staking | Documented staking summary, delegations, history, and rewards queries for the account. | A complete HYPE balance when only a spot balance is being viewed. |
| HyperEVM | Relevant addresses and contracts monitored in the HyperEVM environment. | Activity or holdings across HyperCore or external wallets. |
| External wallets | Disclosed addresses monitored using the applicable network’s tools and data. | Hyperliquid account activity unless the monitoring source documents that coverage. |
Staking needs its own accounting
A spot balance alone does not describe delegated or pending-withdrawal positions. Use the documented staking queries and, where the response provides them, report delegated amounts, undelegated amounts, and pending withdrawals as distinct fields. Include the query’s as-of time. Info API

HyperEVM is a separate monitoring scope
Hyperliquid describes HyperEVM as part of its execution environment and identifies HYPE as its native gas token. If a treasury uses HyperEVM addresses or contracts, monitor them separately from the HyperCore account view; do not treat one Info API account response as an ecosystem-wide inventory. HyperEVM

Hyperliquid’s tools directory lists its explorer and third-party explorers such as Flowscan and HypurrScan, along with indexing options including Allium, HypeDexer, and SonarX. These services can make address inspection and historical analysis easier, but the directory is not a data-accuracy test or endorsement. How to report holdings without overstating them
Report token quantities separately from estimated fiat values. For each balance, identify the address and environment, the data source, and the time observed. For an estimated value, also state the price source and valuation timestamp. The API schemas expose supply and market-data fields, but they do not prescribe one correct methodology for valuing a treasury; disclose the method used rather than presenting an estimate as an official balance. Spot API
A reproducible monitoring record should preserve the address-attribution evidence, query parameters, raw responses, pagination checkpoints, and observation times. Keep HyperCore balances, staking positions, HyperEVM activity, and external-wallet observations explicit in the report so readers can see which systems were actually checked.
