PageCrawl.io can add product pages in bulk and monitor their visual changes over time. Import a curated URL list, choose visual tracking, and verify a representative product page before applying the setup across the catalog. It is a scheduled monitoring workflow—not a confirmed one-time service for downloading an image archive of every URL.
What PageCrawl’s bulk workflow does—and does not do
PageCrawl checks selected pages, compares captures, and can alert you when it detects a change. Its Visual tracking mode compares screenshots, making it useful for recurring catalog QA and review. Its own FAQ distinguishes this from uptime monitoring: “PageCrawl is not an uptime monitor: uptime tools answer ‘is the site up?’, PageCrawl answers ‘what changed on the page?’” See the PageCrawl product page.

The reviewed documentation does not establish a workflow that renders a list of URLs once and delivers all resulting image files in a folder or ZIP. PageCrawl does document exporting selected pages’ current values, change history, and configuration to Excel; that spreadsheet export is not an image archive. If your requirement is one-time image delivery, verify that specific output with PageCrawl before building your process around it.
Prepare and add the product-page URLs
Start with the pages you actually want to monitor. Export product-page URLs from your ecommerce platform or catalog feed, remove duplicates and non-product pages, and keep a product-name column if you have one. That cleanup is a practical way to limit the batch to relevant pages; it is not a validation service PageCrawl promises to perform.

- In PageCrawl, open Track New Page.
- Choose Bulk Add to paste one URL per line, Import from File to upload a CSV or Excel file, or Scan a Website to discover pages automatically.
- For file import, select the column containing URLs and, if included, the optional name column.
- Review the pages found or imported before starting monitoring.
Bulk Add and file import suit a known catalog URL list. A site scan is an alternative when you want PageCrawl to discover pages; do not assume it will find every product page without checking the result.
Configure a representative page before scaling
When URLs are pasted, the setup guide says PageCrawl loads the first page for preview and applies shared settings to the batch. Use that preview to test a representative product page before committing the same configuration to the whole catalog.

- Choose Visual tracking if the purpose is screenshot comparison. Product pages may receive suggested Price or Restock tracking, so do not assume the default matches your goal.
- Choose a full-page capture when changes anywhere on the product page matter. If the useful comparison is limited to a stable section, select that region instead.
- Check whether cookie banners, overlays, or dynamic content obscure the page. PageCrawl documents cookie-banner and overlay controls, as well as waits for content to appear.
- For lazy-loaded content, use the documented scroll-to-load behavior and preview the result to confirm lower-page content appears.
- Save or apply the shared setup only after the sample behaves as intended.
Product pages may change between loads because of promotions, personalization, stock status, or other dynamic elements. Select a stable region where possible, and inspect the preview for noise that could make recurring visual comparisons less useful.

The setup guide exposes Location and View settings; bulk editing also supports device and language settings. Set a suitable language and device for the storefront you need to monitor, then inspect the locations available in your account. PageCrawl’s documentation reviewed here does not confirm that an India-based proxy location is available. The product page mentions datacenter, residential, and custom proxies, but those general proxy options do not prove India-origin rendering. Confirm India availability with PageCrawl or in the account selector before relying on it for country-specific pricing, stock, or content.

Reuse settings and manage a large catalog
Once the sample page is correct, reusable templates can carry settings to many pages; the setup guide also describes using templates with page discovery. PageCrawl’s bulk-edit feature can adjust settings including screenshot enablement, device, language, folder, check frequency, proxy location, and templates. Bulk editing is documented as a paid-plan feature. Make broad changes only after verifying their effect on a representative page.
Catalog capacity depends on the current plan’s page limits, monthly check quotas, check frequency, and screenshot retention terms. PageCrawl says Enterprise includes unlimited screenshot storage. Review results and export what PageCrawl documents
Use the monitoring results to review detected visual changes and investigate the relevant page. The documented Excel export covers selected pages’ current values, change history, and configuration. It does not establish a download of the captured screenshot files as a ZIP or other image archive. If the team needs image files for each URL outside the monitoring interface, ask PageCrawl to confirm an export route and its limits before importing the full catalog.

Common workflow problems
- The batch tracks price or restock rather than screenshots: product pages may receive those suggested tracking types. Explicitly select Visual for screenshot comparison.
- The preview does not show the whole product page: lazy-loaded content may need scrolling to load. Enable the documented scroll-to-load behavior and verify the lower page in preview.
- A banner or overlay dominates the capture: check PageCrawl’s cookie-banner and overlay controls, then inspect the sample again.
- The storefront looks like the wrong country or language: review Location, View, device, and language settings. India-specific proxy availability is not confirmed in the reviewed documentation, so check the account selector or ask PageCrawl.
- You cannot find a bulk image download: the documented Excel export is for page values, history, and configuration, not a screenshot archive. Confirm image-file delivery with the vendor if it is essential.
