To sync Candy Crush Saga progress, open the game, sign out of the profile currently connected, then sign in with the Facebook or King account that holds the progress you want. Check the level shown before continuing. This switches the account used by the game; the available guidance does not establish that it merges two separate progress histories.
Before switching accounts
First identify which account displays the level progress you want to keep. Make sure you can access the intended Facebook login or King account credentials before signing out. Use a stable internet connection, and do not proceed if you are unsure which account contains your progress.

The clearest current guidance surfaced in King Community moderator responses is for mobile players and people using the Windows app: sync from within the game. The exact menu names can vary by platform and app version. The older King.com website route is no longer available for syncing, according to newer community guidance: King Community guidance on syncing.

- Open Candy Crush Saga on your device and open the game’s profile or account menu.
- Sign out of the currently connected account. Use the sign-out option shown in the game; its label and location may differ across versions.
- Sign in with the other account. Choose Facebook if the desired progress is associated with Facebook, or choose King and enter the credentials for the King account that has the desired progress.
- Check the level displayed in the game. Confirm that it matches the progress you intended to access before playing or making further account changes.
King Community posts reproduce Help Centre guidance describing this sign-out-and-sign-in flow and say progress should sync to the other account. Because the accessible instructions are community-hosted rather than a directly retrieved current Help Centre page, treat the result as dependent on the account and version rather than a guarantee: community-hosted account-switching guidance.

What may not sync or transfer
Do not assume that switching accounts or recovering progress carries every item and score with it. Community-hosted guidance distinguishes ordinary syncing from a manual progress transfer by King. It says a manual transfer may restore level progress but not boosters, lives, or Gold Bars; levels may appear with two stars by default, and high scores may not transfer. An older community response also cautions that boosters stored on a device may not sync even when progress and Gold Bars do: community discussion of syncing and transfers.
These are community-hosted descriptions, not a verified promise for every account or current game version. If a transfer or lost progress is at issue, check King’s current support instructions before making a change that may be difficult to reverse.

If the game loads the wrong progress
- Stop switching accounts repeatedly. Reopen the profile menu and, if possible, sign back in to the account that showed the expected level.
- Check that the Facebook login is the one you intended to use and that the King credentials belong to the correct account.
- If the expected progress is still missing, contact King support for help with the specific accounts. Do not assume that two progress histories can be merged or that inventory items can be recovered through a switch.
Why old browser instructions may fail
Some older community posts describe signing in to King.com and using account settings or “Score and progression sync.” Newer King Community moderator guidance says the King.com website route is no longer available for syncing. For mobile and Windows app players, use the in-game account controls instead: newer King Community moderator guidance.
